The toilet and shower facilities were cramp. Very limited space for personal needs.

The unit was clean. It was secured with electronic locks. Location was near everything yet quiet. We felt safe. Space was adequate for the price. Good internet wi-fi.

Elevator does not connect directly to the floor. Need to carry suitcases via stairs. Sometimes noise from upstairs keeps sleeping difficult

The bathroom design was so uncomfortable as it was tight and narrow .

The kitchen was great and the quite night sleep was perfect . Location was ok .. 20 minutes walk to Catalonia and 45 minutes walk to the beach.

We specifically chose this because of the big windows. But when we arrived, the shutters in the living room were broken and permanently shut. We sent a whatsapp, but they never came to fix it. Made the living room far less enjoyable.

The owner had a software issue and sent a welcome message without the security code. We spent some time connecting and resolving it. Both bedrooms have windows to a very small court. No view at all. The only view was from the kitchen balcony. The elevator stops in the middle of two floors. So, you need to pass one narrow stair on foot with the luggage. The owner's site doesn't accept bank cards with a confirmation of transactions on the bank side. I had to figure out how to pay tourist tax with a different bank card.

The owner solved an issue with the security code promptly. Location in the historical center. One personalized security code for the entrance to the building and entrance to the apartment. You don't need keys at all. Very useful. The flexibility of personnel: I could pay tourist tax in cash.

furnitures and fixtures needs updating and fixing. Squeeky bed, falling knobs. a little bit of a challenge getting luggages in, especially if u have big ones. the hallway is narrow and u have to take about 10 stairway steps to access elevator

a lot of cafes and restaurant in the vicinity, easy 10min walk to Sagrada, 20 minute walk to La Rambla. Taxis are readily available. delayed response from staff

Perfect accomodation if you would like to see from Barcelona the main monuments. Sagrada Familia just 10 minutes by walk. Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona 10 minutes by walk. Center of Barcelona 15 minutes.

Sofa was just a trundle pull out mattress that kept sliding out. Very uncomfortable to sit on and let down the experience

No openable window in whole apartment. Total lack of fresh air. Rooms are very small, all does not look like 65 squere meters you could use. When sleeping in a micro-room with no air you wake up tired. Almost no daylight. You can't open window covers also. Dirty sofa in the living room.

The apartment didn’t supply WiFi connection the whole time we stayed. We tried to contact with them but received very minimum communication. They didn’t reply at all regarding our request about the WiFi connection which was a very basic ask. We paid for WiFi connection but didn’t get the service. They asked for an extra city tax saying it’s mandatory after paying everything. I felt a bit speechless. Since it’s mandatory, why don’t they just add it to the shown price?

The facilities and hygienic conditions were good. And great location.

We have noticed that a window in one of the bedrooms does not close. So it was blowing out of the window. Also, the TV didn't work (it had a sound but without any pictures). So we asked to fix it and received confirmation from management that they will fix it asap. During 8 days nobody fixed anything.

The host's communication could have been better,we asked for extra blanket and they didn't return. There was no hot water so taking a shower was a serious problem :(

The beds are not good. You would think that there would be one queen size bed in the apartment rather than all singles. That option should be available. The bathroom was very small due to the apartment's configuration. The sheet quality and towels were horrible and need a serious upgrade. The kitchen was basically unusable for cooking anything other than a pan cooked meal. Not enough utensils, pots, knives. ect. The walls were paper thin.. so if you closed a refrigerator door you could hear it all the way in the back. The refrigerator compressor would turn on and run... and it was super loud so you could even hear that all night... and colleagues actually asked what was that noise during work calls.

The best thing about APBCN Eixample Center is the location. It is probably the only thing that we liked about the apartment where our family stayed. You are in the heart of Barcelona and close too everything. The WIFI was standard and worked.. and we liked having the ability to enter the apartment without a key.. but for a family for a week.. the apartment was lacking
