The whole building is very poorly insulated and people above could see our toilet from the balcony, I would suggest installing a blind at the patio door. And there is a subway station downstairs of the house, so the house always vibrates during the day.

It is more than 20 minutes away from the center by subway, but it is located on a large street, which is very safe and convenient. The house was very clean and fully furnished.

The living room couch was quite uncomfortable (but not enough that we wouldn't stay here again! The price was fair, but not a bargain or anything.

Clear instructions for very easy entry to the apartment, sent well in advance. Had everything we needed for a short stay and we really appreciated not having to buy pretty much any household supplies. A lovely apartment in a great location and area. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom and shower were great. Elevator access right to the door, although as usual, there is only a small landing in front of the elevator.

Sadly, one of the two keys was not working, so my friend and I had to manage it by having only a key. Nothing that bad though.

The position is great, right next to one of the central subway stations that connects to all the main spots of Barcelona. The flat had a lot of natural light thanks to the little balcony, the self check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped. For the standard prices of Barcelona, this was a very good option as price-quality ratio.

It's a good apartment in a good place - there is a metro station and a supermarket near. The apartment was clean, there was an oil, salt and pepper, also vanity kit left, that was very nice.

It was a bit hard not having the option to check in 45mins early when traveling with a small child.

Location was really convenient and great to walk around. Having two bathrooms was pretty handy too. Papagayo restaurant on the opposite corner was brilliant!

The location was excellent, we could walk to all the places that we wanted to see even though the Metro was easily accessible. All the apartment facilities were as expected.

It felt a little run down - broken tiles on the bathroom floor, marks on the paintwork throughout. The terrace could be made a nicer space with a small bit of effort (eg solar lights, plants). Our friend stayed in Apartment 1, it is much nicer, it has much more natural light, the bedrooms are at the back of the property rather than facing onto the street, it is much more spacious and cost less

We stayed at the beginning of October but still it felt little hot in the bedroom at night. We used the AC all the time there, at summer might be little too warm, especially if a whole family of 4 stays there (there was AC only in the bedroom).

The place is near a subway stop, at a lively street with many budget options for all types of cuisines. The access to some of the main squares is easy and straightforward. You can walk safely during the late hours of the night. The studio was more spacious than I envisioned from the photos, very calm and perfectly isolating the voices from the outside, it was very clean and with good WiFi connection. The communication with the servicing team was smooth and straightforward and even they went out of their usual routine to fulfill my special request for the invoice for the stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Generally the place exceeded by far my expectations and I will choose it again in a next visit.

Very disappointed that luggage storage was not available despite being listed as one of the services provided. One of our criteria for booking the flat as we had late flight home. We had to arrange this at extra cost. Some area of the flat needed maintenance attention - en-suite shower enclosure leaked, the fasteners on the shutter doors to the front balcony were difficult to use and the handle on the main bedroom door got stuck and unable to open the door on several occasions.

The location was great. Lots of local places to eat and drink. Close to the metro. Loved the character of the property. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Not a complaint as it is to be expected with staying in a flat, however the noise of footsteps/movement of those above can be a pain. The outdoor area is reasonably redundant as doesn’t let much air or sunlight in due to being covered by a balcony above. We had slight issue with our apartment, being that the storage cupboard was in our hallway behind the first door to our room and so a little unnerving hearing footsteps/banging right outside our door in the early morning.

Decent location very close to Poble Sec metro station. Room was very spacious, all expected amenities available and in working order, including the air conditioning which was great. Staff were helpful and friendly both on the phone and via email. We didn’t make use of the dishwasher, stove etc. however on longer stays i imagine this to be very useful. The wooden beams found throughout the ceiling made for a cozy feel.

If I have to find something, the bedrooms are a bit small, but considering that we were there just to sleep it was not a problem. On the other hand, there is a large living room that compensates, we enjoyed it!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed staying there. Self check-in and check-out is very practical, especially because we arrived late at night. Communication with the host was very smooth. The position is good, very close to metro and bus stations to go to the center and to the Barceloneta. La Rambla is 20 minutes walk.

It was a bit difficult to setup the temperature of the water while taking a shower (it was either to hot or to cold) but you can manage in the end. The rooms were a bit noisy but nothing to bad.

The location is amazing. Very close to the metro station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to some of the main city attractions. Safe area to walk even at night. Spacious and clean apartment with lots of facilities. We travelled with a 11 months kid and it was great for us, so definitely recommend it for a family vacation.
