Our bathroom was out of the room. the bedlinen could be better quality

Excellent location, easy to walk to the Valencia Cathedral and Central Market, many cafes and restaurants nearby. I cannot imagine a better location for short stay in Valencia. Check-in is provided by the machine, it takes about 10 min but it isn't difficult to do that.

Didn’t realise when booking it was a separate room for bathroom and hadn’t realised it was automatic check in System not great as it didn’t recognise my passport scan also with no staff there big concern if I put my passport key down then closed door I’d be stranded between rooms

We had a room that was facing the street and it was a little noisy with the cars on the road etc. The water temperature for bathing also doesnt stay hot and slowly gets colder the longer you are in the shower. Not too much of an issue but just to note if you take long showers. One side of the bed is too soft and we had bad sleep and backache

Great location! 10mins walking distance to the old town and to the bus stop for going to l'albufera nature park and 20mins to Russafa Really big and spacious room and bed too Really value for money for being so close to the main attractions!

The checking in process was a bit complex and for some reason did not let me proceed when I used my information. After several tries I called on the emergency numbers and they assisted. What upseted me about my stay was that the rooms in the pictures looked so beautiful and colourful. The room we got was very plain, almost no decor (just 2 pillows on the bed) and the basic furniture. I didn't mind as it was very clean, but it was expensive for the simplicity and amenities provided.

The room is basic with all the essentials that you need. The on-site housekeeper was helpful when we were checking in. Typical European buildings- thin walls. My upstairs were moving furniture 6 in the morning, but this is quite beyond the control from the hotel. Not much to complain. The room size is good for a couple.

Good locations. You have many bus stops, pharmacies, bars, mini stores and cafe in the neighbourhood. Easy to walk or ride a short bus trip to major attractions.

I thought that they could have provided a City map the type you get Free at Hotels in the city we managed ok with our IPhones however a paper map would have been better!

Can’t believe the location was so good and the Bed was so comfortable the only downside we had which wasn’t the accommodations Fault a noisy group came in one night however this didn’t spoil our break and we would have No hesitation in Booking again if ever coming back to Valencia

I did read reviews before I chose to stay, which mentioned issues with noise and indeed there was constant noise from above. Lots of banging and scrapping of furniture. Lucky we were only staying for one night and we were very tired so we slept. I understand from previous reviews that there is a school or something above, I'm not sure but either way the noise was the biggest let down of our stay and I know the owner is unable to do anything about this as this is how things are living in a block of flats, you never know who your neighbours are. As long as you can put up with the noise, you'll be fine. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but it hadn't been cleaned properly and owning a nespresso machine I am able to tell the difference between a clean and a dirty machine. The coffee tasted burnt unfortunately. The room layout could do with some tweaking like the table and chair should be placed near natural lighting and should have a mirror to do make up, in our room this was placed furthest away facing your back to the window. A table and chairs would be nice by the big window to enjoy a morning coffee and watch people going about their business. The floor could be renewed as this was in poor condition, bits missing and flaking away.

The size of the room was great and very pleasant. Size of the bed was good and quite comfortable. Loved the big window over looking the park. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower, hot water and a hair dryer. The location is the reason I chose this place in the first place, great access to town. The self check in /check out was very easy, no issues at all with that.
