Soundproof is very bad. We were disturbed by the neighbours and upper floors since 5:30 am. You can literally hear every single step or someone's talking.

Very clean and comfy. Rooms are nicely renovated. Location is great.

on the other side what I didn’t like was the noise. i think you should tell all your guests how to close their doors and to keep quiet during the night and early morning. i had the impression that they intentionally slammed the doors in the morning.

roughly speaking everything was good. i like it very much that the property was so close to the city centre. the room was nice with a big bathroom, was very clean. the staff was very polite, i had a request to leave my luggage before check in.

The bathroom is not ventilated at all, there was no one at the reception for the 7 days I was there, the room was quite cold and noisy even though it was facing the back street. No extra blanket or teapot in the room.

Great location and good value for money. The bed was very comfortable. Non-stop assistance also came in handy since I arrived around midnight and the outside door was locked.

Highly recommend Valencia Boutique. Check in was easy and straight forward with the Check in machine in reception. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. We got the room with the private external toilet and it was directly across the hall opposite the room. Showers had plenty of hot water. The location was brilliant. So cental with a metro just around the corner. Great value for the price we paid.

It’s a very noisy building and if the other guests aren’t mindful of this expect to wake up. Some of the days we had cold showers. It’s all self check in which is great, but we did not see anyone at all even though they say the reception is manned at certain times. Also, they spam you with info regarding booking a taxi without asking for it. Don’t book it through them, it’s really expensive. Better to take the metro.

My room had the bathroom outside, two steps away. A bit unattractive feature but thankfully I didn't find anyone in the corridor while I needed to use it. The room was also a bit hot even if you put the air-con to the lowest. As I said you cant open the window so I had to keep up with the uncomfortable heat.

The check-in was very easy with their check-in machine, you just need to type your reservation number, put your ID details and pay. The room was nice and simple. It had a big window that sadly you can't open.

Our room was in front of the street and since there was no a/c, we had to leave the window open and I have to say it was really noisy.

The location was perfect, the bed was bigger than I expected, the room was clean and the host was very helpful and friendly.

my window faced a small outdoor ‘cove’. fully surrounded by walls so very little natural sunlight got in. recipe for disaster if you tend to sleep in. although the neighbours upstairs rearranging the furniture every morning at 9 am did a good job waking you up.

AMAZING location. the bed was comfortable, and the washroom divine. Fuss free check in/out process. quiet.

Room was a bit warm. You need to be careful to keep your key with you at all times, (or at least your code so you can order a replacement from the key dispenser) as it's quite possible to lock yourself out of your room if you have a separate bathroom and with no reception this could be an issue.

it was really quiet when we arrive allowing for a smooth check-in. however, there is noise from upstairs floor either people working at offices or cleaning, sharp from 7 am. the only unpleasant part of our stay.

The room is great, it was warm, good bathroom, small fridge and coffee machine in the room. The host Eva is very helpful. Close to the city center. In 1 min walk Express supermarket. Location is great.

Unfortunately, as with all old buildings 'with character', the walls are very thin and in particular we were disturbed by noises from above; whenever people walked or moved furniture, the sound travelled and disrupted our sleep. When I contacted the management they were very helpful and moved us into another room which did get less noise.

The location, the size and quality of the bed, the cleanliness of the room and place overall, the fact that the staff were very accommodating with what they can have control over, great blinds/shutters that made the room completely dark.

Unfortunately, the tenant above the apartment was very noisy, constantly moved furniture. This was not pleasant, but we understand that the hotel has no influence on it.

Great place, very good location. Easy to reach many sights by foot. We had the room with the private bathroom, very nice room. Good and easy self check-in (check-in machine), very clean. There is also a small supermarket in the same street and a mini-fridge in the room. We had a great stay!

The check in is awkward even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the check in machine is a disaster.

Super comfy bed, great private bathroom, spacious enough room with fridge and coffee machine; desk and good lighting, fast WiFi. Clean. Very central. Elevator.
