The bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet seat slid back and forth. I don't understand why something like this isn't repaired. You could also hear a humming noise all night which was not from the air conditioning.

Friendly staff and very uncomplicated check-in / check-out. The hotel is close to the airport and has plenty of free parking.

I was given accessible room that is more suitable for guest with disabilities and it felt kind of weird. The room window was facing a yard and I could hear people talking and laughing even after midnight. The breakfast was pretty poor and when I got there I find out that the egg tray was empty and nobody fill it up during the whole time I’ve been there.

The location is ideal if you need to get some rest before or after flight. It’s close to the airport and there is plenty of parking and bus station nearby.

The reception was dirty. All the windows/doors was dirty, the floor, lights..everything.. All pieces was missing from the toys in the kids corner... so basically.. the kids could not play. There was no Lunch available, also not in walking distance from the hotel. I asked the staff to order me a pizza take out.... after an hours wait.. it was still not there..It kinda made me think they did not order it at all especially since they have pizza on their own evening menu. They offered to make me a sandwich... I asked for cheese and tomato... they made it with cheese and some mashed tomato paste....it was literly the worst sandwich i have ever eaten.I would have been better off getting something from the vending machine.

The room was comfertable and very clean. Sea view. Very close to the airport. A taxi was booked and arrived perfectly at 0600 to bring me to the airport, only 8 minutes away.A take out breakfast was available. The reception served drinks inn the afternoon, and a meal in the evening. The menu was varied and reasonable, with a couple of vegetarian options. The staff spoke english. Free unlimited coffee in the reception.

As we were showering, another couple walked into our room with a key and asked us to leave.

Loved the fact we got such an early morning taxi to the airport. Great place to stay if you have a very early morning flight. Guest services are very informative and speak many languages. Isn't a 24-hour reception, so book an early or late taxi when you book in. Our taxi turned up on time and was great.

The bathroom is smallish, but serviceable. The shower pane design allows water to spill out. Perhaps something could be done about that? Otherwise, great choice of accomodation

B&B hotels are always reliable and at a very reasonable price. Great service by the friendly staff, who are multilingual. Great breakfast on premises, comfy rooms and beds. The hotel is out of the way from the city center, which makes it quiet, and it's also quite near to the beaches south of Alicante, where you can find nice little beach front restaurants and clean beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately breakfast was insufficient. It was lack of eggs, fruits, vegetables. It could be a problem for vegetarians or vegans.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and it was really great that they offer coffee, chocolate, water etc. for free. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is very basic and small. The entrance to the shower is small.

The location is perfect if you arrive with a late flight. Rooms are basic but ok for the price. Breakfast is poor choice but enough to start the day.

Nothing to complain. It is a nice hotel. They need to keep the attention with politness and good welcome, including the team of cleaning. I recomend the hotel and hope to stay there again. Good place.

The hotel is good and very well equiped according with the proposal. Staff is perfect and received me proper. Hotel has some advantages and some points that I like a lot. Is practical and well localized for what I need.

Quite a distance from the city centre, about 3.5 miles walk albeit pretty flat. The hotel is quite close to a very busy main road so it was a bit noisy. Apart from a couple of other budget hotels there didn’t seem to be anything else nearby. A small point; there was a coffee machine (Nespresso type) with a couple of capsule but no milk, neither liquid or powder form. Luckily we both like black coffee but not everyone does.

Comfortable bed, nice to have a coffee machine available. Reasonable sized room which was clean. Free electric car charging points. Not expensive but there are reasons for that.

When you drive in there is a sharp kerb edge which is very difficult to avoid and has resulted in tyre damage as it’s happened every time we stay at this hotel

Run down look. Ceilings in lobby had random holes. Lift was very odd. The breakfast area was very run down. I had a beer in the lobby and the whole hygiene concept seemed to be forgotten! Vomit on the chairs and tables
