The staff were great. The room was comfortable. I loved that the rooms on my floor had astronomical names: I was in Hubble. Good bag storage on check-out day.

The could not arrange an birthday cake for the guest witch had birthday in the arrival day. I think fjor stars hotel should do it. The family tried to order it some dags before arrival.

The awful smell in the room and the lack of sound isolation. During the night we heard all the conversations that were going on in the corridor. The hotel needs enter in a renovation period.

Rooms are too small to fit a foldaway for a third person/child. Views to the rear of the property don’t allow for privacy with heavy curtains open-there was no gauze curtains. Also doors to rooms are VERY noisy closing. Final comment would be the shower screens are not adequate to prevent water getting on the tiled floor especially when younger family members showering.

Very pleasant staff with updated interior. Handy location especially if you’re doing a Cíes Island tour as it’s directly across from the docks. Staff were very friendly and very friendly. A special mention to the receptionist who spent a year in school in Wexford, Ireland!!

Perfect location close to the ferry for visiting Ilas de Cies. Handy for the city center.

The hotel is 50Y old. It's well kept but not modernised. It still has that 70s look. Too bad it doesn't have a pool. The amenities in the room are very basic for a 4 stars hotel

The Bahia de Vigo Hotel has an excellent location facing the port and the sea. We had the room 807 at the 8th floor, the view was gorgeous. We stayed at Vigo to take the boat to the Cies Islands, and this hotel is the best for that. We just crossed the street and we were at the port to take the boat. Also it's walking distance from the restaurants. The room was clean and big

Windows rattled. Hotel a bit past its prime and could do with revamp. However staff and room great and good value for money definitely.

Quite standard breakfast not worth 11 euros each. Coffee very average when local coffee shop charging less than 2 euros a coffee.

The building of the hotel is in need of a major maintenance. It looks very bad from the outside.

The room was comfortable but very plain, nothing to make it cozy or look nice. The hotel is located right across the port, so you can take a boat to visit Sies islands or the little towns across the bay very easily. The old town is right behind the hotel. The view from our room was beautiful, but I had to pay some more to be moved to that room because the room they first gave us we could not open the curtain or we would have no privacy.

Our room was next to a lift on the 6th floor and we heard people coming and going even in the very early hours of the morning. The clientele were very inconsiderate.

Not many facilities in the hotel, there is a connecting bar which was closed, in fairness it looked as though it was being re-furbished to what looked like a really good standard.

A large room with a lovely view out over the marina and harbour. This hotel is in a really great location, handy for the Marina, Ferries, Cruise Terminal & Old Town. Staff were excellent and helpful and spoke good English.
