Although we didn't use the air conditioning there was a constant hum from air conditioning units.

Nice hotel located on Malvarrosa beach. Bus and trams connect it with the city. The room was quiet because it faced an interior patio. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is good with a buffet and fresh food cooked to order. It was my birthday and the staff had left a small bottle of cava in the room when we returned...thank you.

We booked and paid a room with sea view but the noise from the near Club was really disturbing. Fortunately, the personal kindly changed our room but we couldn't enjoy the view we paid.. Second thing, during the check in they requested to have a credit card number as warranty...but it means that they write down the whole card number plus expiration date in a paper....I mentioned it is totally insecure and contrary to all the security recommendations. Fortunately, they accepted also cash as warranty so it was solved.

Slightly uncomfortable with men hanging around the free parking spaces in the road outside of the hotel - if we had not already booked the hotel we would have looked elsewhere.

With it being winter, there were not many of the restaurants open in the evenings.

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were really bright, clean, and spacious. We had breakfast included, which was a nice continental breakfast, and then you could choose to have a selection of freshly cooked items. Good transport networks into the city we stuck to the buses which took about 20mins into the main city.

i loved absolutely everything in this place! The location, the room, the workers, everything was just perfect! It is so cozy and sweet, the room was big, great view from the balcony, comfortable bed and everything new and nice. and girls working at the reception are so nice and helpful, i literally felt like home. Also we had an amazing breakfast with also very helpful girls there, perfect weekend! Totally recommended and i will definitely come back!

We were accommodated in a Junior suite and I must say, this room absolutely exceeded my expectations from a 3-star hotel. Fantastic view of the beach and also the equipment and design of the room. The handwritten welcome note was also absolutely delightful.

The staff were the best in the business. They did everything they could to fulfill every expectation and request we had. Whether in the restaurant, the cleaning personnel, and the people at Reception, all of them did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.

The price of the drinks in the bar are extortionate. Very very expensive. 11 euros just for a small measure of gin and had to pay for the tonic on top of that!!! Will never order drinks in the bar again.

There is a dance club about 400 meters from the hotel. The music was blaring until 3 am and then there were fireworks to end the evening. This is the unfortunate reality of this part of the beach, When I discussed this with management, they were very apologetic, but the are unable to affect any change.

The hotel was beautiful. Located directly on the sea, the view is outstanding!
