Breakfast was good all freshly cooked. The waitresses were excellent. Super hotel, great location. Lovely bar situated on top floor and overlooking the beach.

did not realise we would require taxi/ bus of about 20 minutes to city centre.

A young man checked us in who was polite and took time to explain things around the hotel plus gave us a map and showed us several points of interest in fact all reception staff were excellent. location to beach and restaurants Fab!

The dining room and breakfast were portrayed better than they were and we had to rent beach towels in a hotel by the beach.

They really focused on the guest experience, really great people providing superior service. They provided all cleaning essentials and they were really nice people

Disco

Staff were all very helpful, especially Maria who spoke fluent English. Room was a good size and spotless, cleaning staff were fantastic. Breakfast was very good , very relaxed.. Only downside for older folk was the weekend disco on the marina, which was very loud. Luckily we were warned about it when booking so booked a city view room which was quiet We would return

I was kept awake all night by loud house and electronic music coming from the nearby club. It’s really a shame to bevthere and not be able to hear the sea.

Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by the noise of thumping music from the nightclub on the beach, which at weekends is open until 4am. Even with all windows and doors closed and ear plugs in we were still unable to get a good night's sleep. I don't think this is so bad if you have a room at the back, plus I feel sorry for the hotel as this is completely out of their control.

Fabulous sea view room. Very spacious with a large bathroom and excellent shower. Very clean and the view was spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was big, fresh and cleaned daily. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the beach was a stones throw from the hotel. There was a terrace with a bar on top of the hotel which over looked the beach which was lovely.

The hotel was small, with a pleasing decor, and well situated for beach and local restaurants. Perfect for a short stay.

Situated right on the beachfront but close to the metro and local bus services. The receptionist was superb and recommended some lovely restaurants and also talked us through the best ways to travel and sight see in Valencia. We didn’t realise there was a roof top terrace until the day we were leaving which was a shame and we would have used this more if we’d known.

Rooms are not properly isolated against noise from the adjacent rooms, if people were showering or talking loud, you could hear them. Obviously intimicy with my wife was not possible ;-) Airconditioning did not work due to pre-season, so we had to open the window, but while we were sleeping, staff was moving the tables and chairs and made a lot of noise by doing that every night. They did not lift up the tables and chairs but dragged it over the floor making squeeking noises. Also at 5 AM in the morning 4 men were talking loudly just below our window untill I went to the balcony and asked them to be quiet. Obviously the Hotel can't do anything about that.

Great Hotel, immediately on the seaside. Extremely friendly staff, good service, good food, nice design. would definitely go again.

Location-2 minutes walk to the beach. Staff - very friendly and helpful. The receptionist explained us everything about the city and public transport. Making our life much easier. Breakfast- top notch quality.

There was no room service and despite putting laundry as a service, when i enquired i was told laundry is done externally and they take more than 48 hours and when they called they were told the laundryy person couldnt come to collect laundry .i informed hotel they need to be transparent about this and remove from services offered.The . Breakfast was very basic..not value for money

I travelled with my mum who needs special assistance, she was taken care of so well the receptionists were all so lovely thank you so much especially Irena, for being so patient and so helpful in every way possible! Thank you to Francine the waitress she was such a delight and pleasure to deal with. All of the staff were amazing and the room was spotless after the cleaners! If we needed anything there was never a problem and we were seen to as soon as we needed. From the location to the weather and the value of money for January it was great and everything you need is nearby. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will be back as soon as we can for sure! Thank you again, Catherine and Rosie!!
