I liked it overall and had no big expectations. But of course there are ways to improve. - The tv/wifi was not free. This is something very basic even if it is an economy hotel. TV is not a luxury I mean :) - Also they had no iron after our request from the reception - Cleanliness. The bedsheets were clean and but had some stains - Style is old. Try to make it a bit more modern

a true value for money hotel. It is family owned hotel and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Very close to the sea, the restaurants and cafes and close to the bus station if you want to explore other places. Also close to the airport which was a bonus since we stayed only for 2 days. 24 hours reception was also a bonus. I don't understand the comments that I had read before my visit and was even anxious before my stay. It is very decent for the money that it costs.

- first the reception person was ok not very welcoming and sometimes was his daughter who did not speak English very well and gave our keys to someone else just because they said our number . Was not even checking so someone random could have go into my room get my money and documents and bring the key back like nothing happened! So should be a bit more careful when handling the keys to people if she stays a the reception . Also the shower was not clean when we arrived and the bottom full of hair never cleaned so bad that the water was not going down when taking shower . Did not take a picture as I would want to have it on my phone but I’m sure is still there and still happening ! Worse thing was the bar that never shifted the music till 4 in the morning and we have to close the window with no air on because u have to pay extra to have it . I get that some people are over using it but at least for 2 hours in the night could have mad a big difference !

Extra charge for the hair dryer and the aircondition per day. Did not provide shampoo and shower gel and soap instead of when we asked for them. The rooms have a lot of humidity and a bad smell.

- staff could me ‘coller’, nicer… it is like they are consistently doing us a favor, when answering questions blabla.. - lots of ‘nos’ - i am sorry, but if tou guys want to have more guests and better reviews. Staff needs to learn how to work better, rispid and straight to the point… not every tourist is european… - they shoul include breakfast - there is space for that. - no shower in the bathroom downstairs.. - no way to charge your phone once you leave the room:-(

- The need to return the key to reception every time you go out - A single power socket in the room (there was a second one in the bathroom, but really inconvenient to use), also it was really difficult for me to work with my laptop, as there was no power socket anywhere next to the table.

Hotel is well situated next to the Palma airport, with a very good connection to the Palma de Mallorca city center. Wifi was quite fast. Overall, I'd say it provides good value for money, also realy close to the beach. Really nice balcony with a view on Serra de Tramuntana.

Nicely located near to the beach of Can Pastilla- also a lot of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment is basic, the price good, the staff is kind and speaks also English.

There was an Aircondition in the bedroom but you have to pay for the daily usage. When I asked for a Hairdryer the receptionist said it's 3 euro plusz 5 euro deposit but I needed only for 5 minutes. Opposite Our bedroom there were 3-4 bar, fast food shop so they were quite loud at night.

The receptionist was nice and helpful. Our bedroom wasn't big but for 2 person it was enough. You can get breakfast for 7 euro per person.

No air-conditioning (unless you pay extra fees) or fans. No park in the hotel (if you rent a car it is hard to leave).

Location is wonderful. (Very active location) Stuff are nice. Very good value for the money. You will always hire a car in mallorca so don't look on transportation. Some rooms have a small beach view. (Nice to have)

Aircon only available if you pay extra. TV only available if you pay extra. Bedroom only big enough for a bed, it was tiny. I really need a cup of tea in the morning and there were zero facilities for this. It’s really more of a hostel. it’s not the sort of room you’d want to go back to to chill out but it is a great base if you’re really just looking for somewhere to crash.

location was fabulous. Very clean. staff helpful. cleaning staff very friendly. only a minute from the beach, shops all around. It has everything you need in walking distance. If you’re a water sports fan it’s the place for you.😊
