Too many together for Breakfast, a bit chaotic. Lifts very small for amount of people using Restaurant. Tea, Coffee from machine not nice. Staff always taking away plates etc from your table before you are finished.

Steep steps between Building 1 (Reception) & Building 2 (our room). Really difficult for older guests (us) with luggage.

The entrance is a little underwhelming for such a large hotel. It is a lovely hotel but could do with some modernising and perhaps upgrading.

Excellent location and great views. The pool and gardens were relaxing and there were plenty loungers available.

The hotel is old, cleanliness is 3 from 5 (but this problem I've noticed is Spain in many places....the streets, the alleys, cafes - all is not very clean). kids pool with cold water which is not ok for breezy weather

Breakfast is very nice! Big pool with warmer water. Very small but pleasant green territory. Location is the first line, nice beach. Close to a big park and a port.

No sub aqua lessons in the pool. None of the waiters said "Yabba Dabba Do".

Location, staff, atmosphere, facilities great. Some of wooden floors need attention that is the only niggle. Would recommend, heard that the place was about to get a refurb.

The hotel had two elevators but often only one was working and thus the waiting time was very long and annoying. In september there were not evening activities for kids anymore.

The hotel was clean and the stuff were friendly. The food had a good variety and we enjoyed all our meals there. There were always enough free sundebs beside the pool. Overall a very good experience!

Super location good outdoor facilities including two pools. Friendly efficient staff rooms kept spotlessly clean. Buffet meals cater for a variety ot tastes the food is varied and well presented. The Hotel caters for all ages and provides activities for young and old.

There were only a few hours a day to change the pool towels over , 10.00-11.30 and 15.00-16.30.. The jacuzzi was an additional charge....not specified on booking.com. it was 12€ as you had to buy a one hour pass to the spa. You needed to use your room card to get back into the hotel gate from the beach. The card reader did not always work and we and others were stuck outside waiting at times for others to let us back in.

The pool areas were fantastic, great location , right by the beach. Excellent buffet for breakfast and luckily we had a balcony with a sea view....although others were not so lucky !

Accessibility for mobility issues difficult as hotel pool is 2 floors below reception and not all lifts in the hotel reach this level. Small pool unclean.

Wifi was slightly poor. No kettle or tea/coffee for room. No iron/ironing board. 1 pillow for whole bed. Slow lifts.

Broad breakfast options & seating areas. Great pool and surroundings. Location to Marina, beaches and restaurants.
