The restaurant had such an amazing vibe. The chef made the best paellas we ever had and gave us wonderful recommendations. The owners were incredible. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Will definitely plan another trip to Blancala when I get the chance. Gorgeous sunsets, great location with a stunning natural swimming spot nearby.

old and run down, rooms have NO wifi (problem when you have little or no celular signal) and NO air conditioning, just old and noisy ceiling fans, everything in the flat felt old and cheap and run down, towels were stained - seems no maintenance or investment in a long time, staff not very friendly, seems they are overworked abs underpaid

The facilities are old and not well maintained. The reception is closed most of time so you must make the check in and check out trough a box at the entrance. They ask for a caution for the umbrella and they keep with it.

During our stay, no one asked us if was everything ok, or if we needed something... The apartment was not well cleaned, with hair in the tub and in the sink and the towels were not cleaned properly ( one of them seemed to have dried bloodstain or something like that). The TV didn't work. We tried every button but didn't work. And I paid more than it was advertised on booking.com and I don't know why. No one explained why I paid more... and it is a shame. At the end we decided not to say anything because we don't speak Spanish well and we had the feeling that the staff don't like to speak in english (which I understand because we are in Spain but with tourists that don't know Spanish well, it would be good if they try to help a little bit... maybe it was just an impression but... :/) so we just enjoyed as much as we could. Thanks anyway.

When we arrived we had a space to put our bags until our apartment was ready for us. The apartment is well spaced, and it was in a good location. We could walk less than one minute and we could see the amazing sunset and see the blue clear water! The beach is pretty close, quiet place to stay! With a good and clean outdoor pool with a sunset view! Also, on our balcony we could listen to the sound of the waves. The restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Maybe we will to be back. These positive things were really a must!!

Everything was great.

We spent a perfect 4 days at Apartamentos Blancala, the place was even better than we imagined. The stuff was very helpful and kind, the apartment was clean, comfortable and we've seen the most beautiful sunset from our terrace. I can't recommend this place enough!

The bathroom was not clean 100%. I missed to have shower gel as a complimentary amenity.

No air condition in the rooms, no wifi (only in the restaurant), the room that we got was different from the pictures, bad smell when we entered the apartment (specially in the bathroom - as a solution, they gave us an air freshener), they do not clean the kitchen/take out rubish

Service at the restaurant, staff are not enough in my opinion, the poor waitress and waiter were running around between the tables but it was clear that they were overwhelmed with too much stuff to do. Breakfast was a little disappointing, a wider choice could have been offered (fruits, yogurt, bread and jams). The bed mattress was quite uncomfortable and the ceiling fan was very noisy to the point that we had to turn it off and without A/C it was very warm in the room. Also, we thought there would be some private parking belongings to the property, instead we had to look for parking space

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was amazing, our room had sea view and at sunset time it was an awesome panorama.
