Wi-fi coverage is not stable. We had good enough signal to watch Netflix in the bedroom but almost no signal in the kitchen and completely no signal in the patio in front of the room.

The Privacy. We stayed in the hotel during high season when almost all rooms were occupied but still could barely feel presence of other people. People meet mostly in the pool area or in the restaurant while the rooms are hidden in the green. Pools. One large of multiple sections for kids of different ages. And one large sport one surrounded by the chill area. 24 hours reception. Large private parking always has spots available. During our stay rooms were cleaned daily. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Easy beach access. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk along the wonderful pine forest. Enjoyed it every time. Kids club which offers various entertainments for kids up to 7-8 yo was very helpful and improved our rest. Last but not least is the friendly and helpful stuff. Truly enjoyed the stay. Many thanks to the hotel and staff for creating such a delightful place.

Great location. Quiet at night. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and great with the kids. Facilities were super kid friendly and the beach was a short walk away. Everything was super clean. 100% recommend.

The location is very good, near the best beach in Mallorca, Playa de Muro (5 minutes walk through the natural park). Great breakfast. Nice pool.

We would wish a more informative welcome at the reception with more information about location, beach, breakfast, pool towels, nearby shops and also hotel activities. We felt a bit alone after the check-in.

Air condition was weak and its display (control unit) was hard to read (due to scratches). Room was good, but could have been cosier with more decoration (e.g. paintings...). Terrace floor should have been swept more often or at least a broom would be nice, so I could have swept it myself, but I didn't ask for one, so the hotel is not to blame for that.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room cleaning service was good! The pools were awesome! Enough space for everyone. No rally for the best beds required. Yummy breakfast, good variety, everything fresh and high quality (with little room for improvement for bread and rolls) Nice beach (3 minutes walk) We didn't understand why deluxe bungalows don't have a kitchen (which standard bungalows have)

We stayed for 3 nights, and there was nothing to define as not liking. I am quite confident, this opinion will be the same even if staying for several weeks.

Very spacious, much green, feeling of privacy, with opportunities for indoor activities. Well organized, staff is friendly and helpful. Personally, I liked the location outside of crowded touristic spots, with a quick access to Playa de Muro.

We love this property the staff was excellent. The restaurant was good the staff at the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and this is the second time we have visited the property. The housekeeping in terms of preparing our room each day was good. We will most definitely visit the property.

Cleaning service was not reliable (one day they just did not come), and There were some technical issues (airconditioning not working in the room, had to change rooms).

Staff was very friendly and helpful (especially animators), and beach nearby is really nice. Hotel area is really nice, great for kids.

This is a great hotel, with simple but nice seperate rooms (cabanas) in the middle of nature. We were There before the real holiday started so it wasn’t too busy but a nice perfect little crowd. Be adviszd you have to cross the main road to get to the beach (ot doesn’t show on the pix), but the beach is the longest, moest beautiful one and cleanest apparently on the island, it’s a magical walk to get there. The pools are great, sunbeds as well, I like that clients aren’t allowed to reserve seats or their stuff will be taken awayby staff… the breakfast buffet is amongst the best I’ve seen; we ate at the dinner buffet one night and it was Perfect as well. The bar is great for (cheap) decent. Cocktails and a nice lunch. Staff was super friendly and goes out of their way to help make your stay even more pleasant.

Hardly anything worth mentioning. We regret having to go back home too early, I wished we could stay for another week :)

Very nice location, friendly and helpful staff, facilities are very well looked after. Exceptionally good and variable food, Drinks are to be paid separately at dinner time. The nearby beach is not very frequently visited, therefore very clean, cozy and calm. The adjacent pine forest is a perfect place to take a walk, or for jogging. Rent-a-car service at the reception is a big advantage, and they can offer a decent bicycle too. It's really well worth a ride around the surrounding towns and beautiful beach landscapes!

On one day there was a large group of students/scholars, which made a completely different atmosphere, actually the opposite of what we were used to. The vibe wasnt as calming, relaxing, peaceful and laid back.

The facilities are brand new. The animation program is both fun for kids and adults. They have three pools where on pool has swimming lanes. The hotel organises on premise Corona PCR Tests.

At the first glance everything looked clean but when you open the wardrobes, windows, under de bed... lets say that it wasnt cleaned since lomg time ago.

The hole staff was stunning. They were always looking for your wellbeing. The buffet was very complete, lot of food variety and a cook cooking on demand. Large terraces for drinking and eating which is importan in Covid situation.

No internet connection in the room. We reported this several times, but nothing changed during the 12 days we were there. Old furniture and appliances in the kitchen. Everything works, but looks outdated. The staff is generally indifferent to what is happening, i.e. some guests were very loud in the chill area and we asked the reception to help with this, the manager asked the misbehaving guests to be more quiet, they ignored her and then she literally ran away saying "What can I do?".

The recreational pool is supervised by a lifeguard during the day, so we were completely comfortable letting our 8 year old son stay in the pool alone or with friends. The breakfast buffet offers many different options, which are the same every day. Dinner, on the contrary, is different every day. Dinner is excellent value for money.

The impression I received from the photos of this hotel was that the cabins were right on the beach. The hotel is 250m from the beach, however what is not made clear in their promotion of location is that there is a very busy road dividing the hotel from the beach. I was travelling with young children and found it impractical. I think the hotel misleads by not clarifying this. It may not be an issue for some, however it should be transparent. I cancelled the rest of my stay.

The bedroom/ bungalow had basic finish. The seated area outside had no complete shade. The kitchen area had minimal utensils. A bread knife only . Could do with a sharp knife just to cut cheese/ salads for little meals.

Property was in a good location and in walking distance to Can picafort and the beach. Buffet breakfast and dinner was very good and lots of choice even though I’m a vegetarian. Staff very friendly and lovely big pool. The air conditioning was excellent in the accommodation and not noisy. Bed very comfortable.

The rooms smelled very damp/gross Personnel at the restaurant in the evening were quite rude. When you pay 120-170EUR /for a meal (we were 8) that's just not acceptable. It's like they lack 'service' in customer service. Yes there is a beach close by - but extremely crowded, even outside of weekends Kitchen/fridge wasn't really functioning properly - with 4 kids it's no pleasure to eat out all the time so we did some rudimentary cooking. Place lacked a cutting board, small sharp knife, fridge that was properly cold etc. The terrace was way too hot to eat lunch outside and needs better shade. Food in the cafe (we only ate there once) is plenty but bland.

Separated beds is awful. They ware always moved, because its legs has wheels! Our child sometimes slept between us, and this hole between beds made night terrible.

Beach is beautiful. Good garden, a lot of trees and grass. Breakfast and dinner was as expected.

the service was ok. the cleaning people never came one day. and the next day they came too early and didnt even knock. just straight opend the door. the wifi password never worked we had to go to the reception to get it done. location is good. but there is a very bad situation on the road. they need to make a «walk over» lines - the cars never stops and you can never pass the road. and very bad road to go to the markeds. they should have mosquitos light or something in the rooms. it was just too bad at night.

the resorts/ the open space/pool/ big bar and a nice place to take a snack. nice buffet breakfast and dinner. not very far from the beach.

The receptionist wasn’t welcoming and available at all to help! She “welcomed” us with very low energy, not caring we were hungry and so not really addressing customer needs. Beside the poor welcome, maybe she was tired, she repeated the same information for a few times but she didn’t give info about how to let internet work and so on. For the price I paid definitely I was expecting a different service from a 3 stars hotel.

The staff in the restaurant was amazing! Even though we arrived 10 mins before the kitchen closed they welcomed us with warmth and kindness. Available to provide we had enough food after whole day traveling. Very supportive!

Very dated and smelly standard rooms. Rooms very small. Not as nice as on a photos. Arrived at 4pm with 3 hungry kids. Restaurant anf bar closed to serve the food. Not even sandwiches or fries. Facilities old, dates and very bad maintained, specially children play area and volleyball area. Overpriced overall. Food ok, but nothing special.
