The view of the cathedral was lovely from our window. The hotel is very convenient for the centre, only a few minutes walk, but is is also very quiet. Breakfast was great in a night dining room. Staff were very helpful.

The only complaint would be that road construction started the day we arrived and we could barely find our way to the hotel. No street parking available on site, so we had to park in a paid parking garage.

Loved everything about this hotel and location. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the room is spectacular with pretty views, all renovated and modern. The location is great too, right in the heart of Santiago. Would highly recommended this hotel!!

- There is no parking at the property, but a public garage is within 100m of the hotel (we paid EUR 14 per day) - In theory, we got a room with a view of the cathedral. In reality we were only able to see the tips of its towers (no big deal)

+ Comfortable, relatively smaller hotel with a great location (a bit off the main drag, which helps when you want to sleep, yet still comfortable walking distance to the city center). + The rooms are in very good repair + There's a nice park just around the corner. + Definitely check out the dining room (down the stairs behind the reception desk)

The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is amazing with a nice veranda and garden where we sat for hours to read. We liked very much the combination of wood and stone of the interior design of the hotel which makes it very classy and elegant. The price was very reasonable compared to other places that didn't have the same quality. The hotel is in the city centre and easily accessible.

The room was so cold. The heating was not good enough, and everything looks old in the room. A carpet would have helped.

I think automatic access system could be better, the screen inside the reception is not turned on when you enter the hallway, so you need to be smart enough to find it, turn it on and talk to a screen...not the best experience but understand the savings are shown on the room rate that is really cheap and have great quality.

I loved the room and the location. Beds are super comfortable and free water on my room.

The check-in process was unfamiliar. We arrived by train after 10PM. So it was midnight by the time we got a cab to the hotel. No one was there to register us. Instead there was a key pad next to the front door to communicate with staff. At first the person did not recognize my name or my reservation. Luckily, a couple staying at the hotel was able to get us in and put us in touch with a staff member to get the codes for our room.

Our room had a view of the Cathedral spires and the hotel side garden. It was roomy, large closet; comfy beds; small easy chair. It was 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.

doors are not sound proof: from your bed, you hear everything that is going on in the lobby - very uncomfortable.

The walls between rooms were very thin, so easily disturbed by other guests coming back late in the evening. The room was very hot, there seemed to be a problem with the thermostat.

The room had a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The beds were comfy and the staff friendly.

The room temperature was always above 26 degrees im October. It was way too hot and no way to cool down the room temperature, except for opening the window but the loud noises of street vehicles and people was disturbing. Unfortunately we could not sleep well, apart from this the rest was very good.

Great breakfast for very good price. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. Rooms were very nice and clean. Location is perfect.

our room door was right next to the reception desk so we could hear people, the air conditioning was not available (it’s only available seasonally) so the room was hot, no fan, but oils have been nice to have more than one pillow

we liked that it was quiet and the location seemed good. it was clean and the breakfast was good
