Very beautiful location, close to Innsbruck. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Great view to the mountings. Nice spa and outside pool.

I asked the reception to fix the safe that didn't work, but they never did. The first day we were there they never made the room, we had to do it ourselves at night when we arrived from Innsbruck

Noone cleaned our room on the second day.staff don't know about their own facilities.We called them whether there is facilities to warm up dinners..staff said yes that's possible..so we picked up some dinner from the city(because there is not much option near the hotel)..but when we arrived, they said warming up dinner is not possible..no refrigerator for storing the milk for toddler.. however they said it's there on the phone..

The spa area and pool were lovely. The rooms were spacious. The food was lovely and the afternoon snack was a meal in itself. The staff were really lovely and helpful - especially the lady on reception and the waitresses.

The staff was very friendly, ready to solve all hotel related issues. The food is very good, there is also available free snack, coffee from 2:00.

We were disappointed by the spa. It opened at 3pm so we felt a bit let down as the holiday was supposed to be to chill and relax. The entire spa had a total of 6 seats spread around and we couldn't find anywhere to sit. I'm not too bothered by the quality of the facilities as I would be happy to just sit and read in the spa but there was absolutely nowhere to sit and relax. There were also no changing rooms or lockers to leave our stuff. Booking a massage was impossible. We inquired the day before at reception and the response was "if the masseuse feels like coming". After asking for the third time, we canceled because we were given no answer as to whether the massages had been booked or not. We had also booked a double bed but we were given two twin beds pushed together. We went to reception as asked for a double bed instead and we were told this could be changed but never happened over the 3 days we were there. This just made our sleep a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was amazing, beautiful mountain view from our balcony which exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and cosy and the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Not a crazy variety but everything that was provided for breakfast was absolutely incredible!! So fresh and tasty! The tram outside the hotel was very handy to get to the center of Innsbruck in 20 minutes and we took advantage of the free travel card provided by the hotel.

Slow service, they were joking and talkative, but sometimes they forgot about us and we were waiting for the food. At least they come with apology and free aperol. Room was a bit smelly and not perfectly clean. On the pillow on the sofa were some black hair.

Rich breakfast, nice spa with 1 big sauna and two small ones. Inside pool and outside pond. Decent size room and food was good.

the bathtub was in the living room, prefer it was in the bathroom and with door.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, esp the manager in the restaurant. Overall, the food were very nice, breakfast and salad were more outstanding than the main course of dinner though. The room was spacious.

Hard floors mean you hear every bump & clump. Food quality varies and some days were better than others. Never did figure out what, if any, beverages are included with dinner. Give yourself extra time to go over the bill at checkout. It’s not itemized in a way that is easy to understand.

Beautiful view of the mountains from my room. I selected the half-board option and had a dedicated table for the duration of my stay. The dining staff are amazing. The massage was excellent - be sure to book the day before. Lovely indoor pool area. Handy to have meals onsite as not many local options over the holiday. Breakfast is the same buffet every day. Dinner has a meat, fish, or vegetarian option with soup and a salad bar. Extra nice options on Christmas Eve! Tram and bus pass was very helpful for getting into Innsbruck a half hour away. Recommend taking a taxi or Uber on arrival if getting in during bad weather or after dark as it can be tricky to figure out the route from the station to the hotel.

The pillows were a little flat. The spa wasn’t very hot which was a shame.

Loved the location, very close to the STB station with stunning Mountain View’s. Breakfast and afternoon sandwiches/cakes was amazing. Our room had a stunning view from the balcony and had all the amenities we wanted. Staff were very lovely and so friendly. The pool was great for a swim. The welcome card that gave us free transport was a lovely extra.

Check in was a bit chaotic, no staff for a few minutes and when they did arrive they seemed to be over worked as they kept disappearing to do something else. No great problem.

We only stayed a night so did not experience everything the hotel has to offer. The room we had was good with a great view. Breakfast was good. We did not intend to eat dinner so no issue but was fully booked so if you are looking to eat there it may be worth booking.

Great view, breakfast, dinner, and good service. The view from our room was not as great as the view from the opposite side, but there were mountains there too, and we liked it.

The shower was a bit small, and the car power chargers for EV’s weren’t functioning.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet. They made our stay very enjoyable which is why we extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. I’d definitely recommend.

Some facilities (e.g. bathroom) needs a bit of renovation. But overall it was very clean, and we cannot complain. Also, just one sauna was working during our stay, but this was still very nice.

The view from our room was simply amazing! The staff was very friendly and they also provided us with a card for public transportation - which was great, our car remained in the parking area for the entire weekend. With the tram, you can reach the cable car or even the city center of Innsbruck (in less than 30 minutes).
