We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThe bedroom was too small. There were almost no amenities. The bathroom was minimalist and the shower was broken. They didn't change the towels. The windows protection against bugs were damaged. Breakfast was very, very bad.
It was clean and very secure. The location was quite good.

United Kingdomthe reception staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness. although you can theoretically have a drink to take to your room staff are not around in the evening. no bar. no restaurant the only fruit on offer at breakfast were lemons. one tiny coffee machine to dispense all coffee or hot water (foul for tea) no instructions for anyone unfamiliar with that model. more rude staff. dry bread. or hermetically sealed muffins. hair which wasn’t mine in the bath plug hole.
room was lovely, stylish, mostly spotless and spacious. a couple of tatty corners between the door and bathroom where there had been water ingress on the ceiling . plenty of hot water in bathroom

SpainBreakfast - bland, poor quality. Coffee not the best and lukewarm. Water also lukewarm! No orange juice or equivalent. Bread, open to the elements and breadknife used by all (not Covid secure). No pastries, despite a sign for them. Evening Drinks - enjoyed a wonderful Gin & Tonic the first evening but no one around to access ice and tonics for the remainder of our stay. Some staff pre-occpied rather than available to assist at breafast. The room was not cleaned after the first day and no one around to ask until the next morning. Attended to once mentioned.
A beautiful hotel with a lovely setting. Great location within El Rocio. Room decor excellent. Friendly gentleman on Reception who kindly gave us a room upgrade. Great potential so with a better quality breakfast and improved customer service this should be a great option to stay in El Rocio.
