Service was friendly but not fast. The noise is the main problem here. You can hear the other guests when they make a little noise and some guests were very noisy. The thing is that all surfaces in the flat are hard: stucco, glass, plastic, ceramic. So any sound is reflected multiple times. Throwing in a big carpet on the floor and putting up soft curtains might help.

Location of flat is very good, first impression of the flat was great: new, light, spacious.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but it's ok.

The communication was excellent. Perfect location, safe and quite neigbourhood. The balconies were super bonus, I liked them a lot.

It would have been ideal to have a second set of keys. The apartment was lacking a few things which would have made it better - in the bathroom there were no shelves/unit even a table, to place your toilet bags and toiletries on - so more storage here would be great. In the bedroom, there was only one bedside lamp - for a couple you definitely need two. In the living room a coffee table would have been good and another side table - we took one of the nest of tables into the bathroom to use for our toiletry supplies so it left very little in the living room to use for placing a drink, ipad etc. Wifi was a little weak and so it might not be the best location for someone who wants to work for there. There was also a peculiar smell in the bathroom which would need to be looked into. Finally the air conditioning unit in the living room was very weak not much addition in the very warm weather.

Access to the apartment was easy and well explained. The apartment was clean and was also cleaned mid week which was a bonus with sheets and towels changed. The location was excellent only 10 minutes walk to the Central Market and the centre of the old town and about five minutes walk in the opposite direction connected you with the Jardin del Turia (the River Park). The roof top terrace was great for my husband to catch a bit of sun. The hosts were responsive to our requests when we contacted them.

The AC didn't work very well, plus it was only located in the living room, so the apartment was very hot. At night time, we could hear other neighbors (in the same building) being very loud, which was uncomfortable. The shower handle on the wall was somehow a little loose. Lastly, there was a leak that maybe came from the bathroom into the main bedroom. All issues were communicated to the staff who promptly took interest in it and hopefully will fix for future guests.

The apartment was really close to the city center and has an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our bags up to our floor. I selected the one bedroom apartment, and even if we were 4 people, the staff was nice in letting us find the couch ready to use. The communication with the staff was easy.

The couch was not that conformable, but overall it was one of our best experiences so far.

It is a beautiful, cozy apartment, spacious, clean, with a lot of light. We have two kids (4-7) - they shared the coach in the living room. The bedroom was perfect for me and my partner. Thick curtains. It is a quiet street. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and hair/body shower gell. Kitchen has everything you need to set a nice dinner/breakfast if you are tired of eating out. One block away is our favorite supermarket Consum. City center is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Metro and bus stops are around the corner and also bike rental was 2 minutes away.

I didn't like the fact that although the apartment was located on a street with little traffic and quiet, during the night there were noisy neighbors. They were making noise until after 2AM in all 3 nights I spent there. The walls of the block being very thin, you could absolutely hear it, which was very unpleasant. Another disturbing thing is the fact that check-in can only be done at 4PM, and when your plane lands in Valencia in the morning, the fact that you have to stay around the city all day without checking in is not pleasant.

I liked the fact that the apartment is close to the center, large and spacious rooms that can easily accommodate four people. It has everything you need, from cutlery, plates, glasses to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The building would be hardly accessible to people with disabilities.

The location was perfect for the staying, far from the crowd, at walking distance from the core of the old town. We had the impression of leaving Valencia rather than staying in a 0lace for tourist's.

Rooms were a little dated, with cupboard doors misaligned. Smell in toilet that we couldn't rid. Would benefit from international tv.

Warm, clean and generally quiet. Airconditioner in main area. Extra bedding in the cupboards. Open plan kitchen with pots and pans. Parking available within 5 minutes walking. Many nearby localities for morning coffee. Situated in Chinatown with many authentic restaurants close by.

Reading lamps on the nightstands in the bedroom would have been nice. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, could use some sprucing up.

I'd stay there again even though it's a bit worn but I would buy a kettle for boiling water for tea/coffee and also a new toilet brush. The hairdryer is one of those blowers attached to the wall so not good for trying to dry/style hair.

Great location- easy access ( 7 min walk)to from Airport on Metro 3 & 5 to from Angel Guimea. Comfortable apartment with good beds and ideal size for 2 people.

I ordered twin beds and asked before I arrived to make sure that was available. I was informed that only double bed was available. To be fair they made up the sofa bed and that was great.
