A wonderful family-run small hotel in complete silence in nature. Take nuts for the peacock named Argus. There is a parking space right next to the hotel.

The shower towels are a bit small, and a small shower.

Excellent location, especially when you have a dog, plenty of walks. We had dinner, which was a set meal, which is fine for us. The meal was delicious, very good quality, also the breakfast was varied, with homemade breads, jams etc. The two ladies that run the Casa Rural are very friendly, and made a big fuss of our dog. The Casa Rural is a very interesting building, with lots of history. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and all very clean.

It was a beautiful place, not far off the main road to Girona. We were getting in late and we asked for sone food and a bottle of wine to be left out and they did this for us, which was just lovely.

No airconditioning, they did provide a good fan, but the weather was exceptionally hot.

Lovely old farmhouse surrounded by countryside and good walks. They liked animals and my dogs were made very welcome. Good breakfast with homemade produce available.

The host ladies are doing an amazing job. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is warm. The room was a bit dark, but the breakfast overdid it on the positive side. Amazing yogurt and home made preserves, lots of love and the sunny entry terrasse. Perfect stay. Would love to come again!

Unfortunately, there are very unpleasant neighbors who own a house next door. They are two men, possibly with some mental conditions, who stare and somewhat follow around all the visitors to the area. Sometimes they mumble something about how you are near their property and that the dogs should be on the leash (ours was but it didn't stop one of them of approaching us and initiating an interaction). If you plan on walking/hiking the GR route that goes thru that area, you will run into those people. For two female travellers that we were, we found this experience very disturbing.

The hotel masia is very nice and the couple who runs it is very friendly and pleasant. Every detail was very well thought thru and altogether this creates a warm country home feeling.

A really exceptional stay! The beautiful house is from the 12th century and made up with a lot of love and perfectionism. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts are super friendly and caring, the food was fresh, reginal and delicious and we had a sweet , clean room an a very good night's sleep. Oh, by the way: the new windows are equipped with mosquito-shelters, just pull them down and you get fresh air and no mosquitos. Thank you very much for this unforgettable stay!

    No concerns

Everything was perfect. Initially I was looking for a quite hotel to rest after long road trip and Masia Can Felip is exactly the right place for that. I really appreciate that host takes care about the guests and after 11 PM it is not allowed to check-in or even cross the territory of the house area. This guarantees peaceful atmosphere. The area around is beautiful. There are a large terrace with the incredible view, where you can sit, order glass of organic vine and enjoy your stay. There is a parking place on the territory where you can leave your car and be sure that it will be in safety. Guests can stay with their pets - one more thing that makes this place so good. Food is amazing. I am a fan of local products and homemade dishes, so in Masia Can Felip I found both. I would like to say thank you for the absolutely delicious diner. All meals were prepared by host, with local products and definitely with the part of the soul. The dining room has fireplace and it gives one more point to incredible place which Masia Can Felip is. Thank you and looking forward to stay here again

Be wary walking your dogs off the lead as one of their neighbours is ‘sensitive’

We stayed here in May’22 for 1 night on the way to Avignon. This is very pet friendly, beautifully kept farmhouse in a stunning backdrop of fields and greenery. The ladies that run it have kept it so nicely. The room as are a cosy size but this is explained in the write up on booking.com. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with everything from their garden and eggs from the resident chickens. It was accompanied by wine from the local region too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
