How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bed wasn't comfortable and ac wasn't very powerful.
Reception Staff were very helpful, good price , and room was very clean. Not maybe great for a week stay for a holiday but I was just here for 1 night waiting for a flight and was perfect for my one night stay. Location near beach and buses from airport go near.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was comfortable though took a while for me to work out the air conditioning. Shower was much better than it looks.

They didn't fix our problem with water after several complaints.
The hotel was next to the airport and highway, so it was very easy to move around.

Unfortunately very noisy hotel - never experienced such noisy guests at 4am. The balcony was very dirty including its equipment. The air condition also wasn’t clean and would deserve some checking as it was quite noisy while turned on. Quite poor wifi connection.
The hotel is in a good location - very close to beaches, shops and bus stop. Also not far from the airport.

no tea and coffee etc, in room, no food service, therefore couldn't get drinks for early start.
close to beach and amenities, use of pool at sister hotel nearby. Very good air-con, nice view of sea from 4th floor balcony, fridge in room. Good check-in service, taxi we ordered for 4am the next day arrived promptly

The floor was very dirty and in general the room was not looking nice and shiny at all.
It was very close to the airport. The room was huge, with own small kitchen space and fridge, with a spacious balcony and very useful AC.

I'm tall so the single beds were a little uncomfy. Not a big deal though
Great location, 2 minutes from the beach. Clean room, A/C and a balcony with a view of the water. Couldn't ask for much more!

Sleep was disrupted multiple times by noise in corridors by other guests.
We booked this hotel, as a night stop since it was very close to the airport. The 24 hour check-in was great. staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and nice.

The rooms aren't clean. I wouldn't say that it's very dirty but you can tell that they clean only at the surface. I found someone's hair in a bedside table drawer, and a blanket was full of stains, also there was weird small coming from the wardrobe. Bathroom was alright, towels were clean but not white anymore and with old stains. The beds and pillows aren't comfortable If you don't have data in your roaming forget about wifi, it is very bad and appears from time to time. Also you have to login to it everytime you want to use it. I had massive problems to connect to the wifi in my hotel (Can Pastilla) but could connect without any issues in Gala hotel where breakfast is served.
Location of the hotel is perfect, 15 min bus ride to Palma where you can change to other buses and explore the island. It's next to the airport bus stop and it takes only 10 min to get there. The best thing is breakfast! You have to go to Gala hotel which is near by, just 2 min walking. There is a huge variety of food from cereals, fruit, sweet pastry to cook meets, cheese, salad, vegetables, pate, even tuna, and hot breakfast including different types of eggs, bacon, sausage and baked beans, and different kinds of bread too.

I mistakenly booked a double room. When I arrived and they realised that I was alone, they pointed out I payed for a double, and it would have been cheaper to pay for individual. And they gave me an individual room, with a single bed. But I still payed for a double. Next time I'll say I'm staying with my imaginary friend, if I payed for a double, I might as well sleep in a double.
Very friendly staff, even in the middle of the night. Close to the airport. Has an elevator and a real sea view.

It's a great location, it's close to the beach and its 5 mins by car going to the airport, bus station is also close to the hotel. I also like that everyday they cleaned the rooms. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Breakfast was amazing every day - so much choice. Location was spot on - very easy into the resort and to get the bus to Palma. Room wasn't the biggest but was great for our time there.

Room & bed is quite small and old. Wifi is unstable.
Close to the airport and the bus stop to Palma city centre. Walking distance to the beach and many shops/restaurants.

Not the location/hotel I'd recommend for a long romantic holiday.
Very good stay if you are landing late from the airport. Taxi night Tarif approx 16 euro.
