There's nothing really that we didn't like or could complain about but if I was to comment on something, I would say that the rooms are a bit dated and it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

This was our second time in Cala Ratjada, and second time in this hotel! We love it. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff are very welcoming. We booked the superior double room last year and liked the space as it is bigger than the other rooms. We booked the same this year however, when we checked in the room was clearly much smaller. We brought the issue at the reception and, we got moved to the bigger room the next morning (room 243) by far the nicest room. The staff were very nice about it, and offered us a free dinner as a compensation for moving a room during out stay. We were delighted! The breakfast buffet is included, and the food is very good quality! Fresh, a lot of variety and some food items rotate which is nice. As a bread lover, I was impressed by the different types of bread, and it's freshness every morning. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the restaurants, beach and shops are also nearby. We will definitely be back next year.

The breakfast was delish . Every morning something different as well as lots the same on offer. This hotel is spotless. Outdoor pool lovely and bar pool is very nice. Location is perfect.

Our room was a bit small, but we certainly can’t complain for what we paid. It was clean and had a great bathroom and balcony.

Everything - the service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and remembered who we were and what room we were in after the first day. The buffet was excellent and the pool bar/restaurant was great as well.

rooms are old, strange and bad smell from the air conditioner. The staff were not always friendly.

Double bed would have been better than two individuals but that is the only complaint.

Very clean and the staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the pool area was quiet, peaceful and very clean. The location was ideal as it was quiet at night but also quite central. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone!

Nice clean well organised hotel with friendly staff. Location was central just a few minutes walk to resort centre and a nice breakfast with lots of choice. Will definitely return.

The description of the hotel on bboking does not mention that the gym is only available with a professional trainer (extra cost). Even thought another gym is available nearby at a very accessible rate.

The staff extremely professional, efficient and amicable. The breakfast buffet is unreal. The pool bar proposes excellent food for lunch. The location, very close to the port, centre while being away from the noise. Very nice rooms. Extremely efficient cleaning service. Even thought the Hotel does not have its own parking, it is quite easy to park nearby. We will definitely come again.

If we were to say something negative, the WIFI connection wasn't great in the room.

The Capricho hotel has a lovely atmosphere. We felt really comfortable like at home! The room was lovely and spacious. Swimming pool is big and open late! The buffet breakfast had great choices of food, and also you could have crepes, pancakes and omlette made fresh. It's a 3 star hotel but it felt like a 4 star! Very clean also. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the beaches. I just can't recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be back!!!

We liked absolutely everything!

Food was amazing and different every night throughout our 15 day stay, the staff is very kind and the location is great. There is a lot of free parking spaces around the hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, they are very spacious and the balcony is big too. Bathroom is renovated and all in all we loved everything about our stay! Very recommended! Much better value than the 3 stars this hotel has, deserves at least 4! :)

The best hotel experience in Spain. The hotel less than 5 minutes from shops and bank. They were so welcoming from my check in. Serafin has helped me to organise an airport transfer for €18 instead of €100 taxi. Daniel the owner was also so kind a welcoming. He also offered towel and toiletries after my check out so I could relax for another 5 hrs. The food selection was also great and the head chef made us fresh tasty fish. The room were nice and clean with balcony and black out curtains for the perfect sleep. The pool were nice too. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel like home.

Two separated beds put together. But not fixed, just a loose laid and beds were moving, separating and sliding on the floor. Total majority of German clients but that is the whole area :)

Seriously there's nothing to be picky about. I'm trying to think about what could possibly be wrong, but when we relocated to other hotels later on (some big int. chains) I can tell you honestly we missed this hotel so, so much! If we could, we'd just cancel everything we had afterwards, and just stayed at this hotel (comment: this was our first stop, later on we went to Alcudia and finished our holidays in CaN Pastilla) for the whole period. But we learned an important lesson: much better to visit smaller places and family owned hotels with a great starting position, than go to big int. chains that don't attend to their customers as much as this hotel did. Once again: nothing to complain about!

This hotel is simply the best. It's family owned and this should already tell you everything: the management is caring, the staff are happy and connected with each other, they would fist-bump you, smile genuinely, they will voluntarily teach you some basic easy Spanish words or phrases. Breakfast - best I have ever had in a 3 star hotel. It was so diverse, tasty, fresh - and something for everyone. If you want cold cuts, vegetables, dairy products, or on-spot prepared eggs or omelettes, you've got it. Not to mention, later on we went to a 4 star hotel which should immediately take off at least 2 stars. But, it was a big chain, and there's your underlying reason. Find a hotel that's privately, family owned, with a tradition, and you'll have yourself an amazing time. Cala Ratjada is a smaller town, but still offers plenty of night life, restaurants, bars, seaside walks. Everything is within reach. The hotel lies at a quite neighborhood and it's perfect for relaxing (we loved the fact you could come home after a whole day being away who knows where on Mallorca, and it was so peaceful and quiet back in our room, just what we needed!). The hotel has a lovely pool with a bar next to it where you can relax throughout the day, or just go by in the evening and chill. It's cleaned every morning and you can feel the freshness when you swim in it. Parking is abundant in the nearby streets (park on white lines, avoid yellow lines, you'll be fine!). We chatted with the owner Diana a couple of times here and there, and you can see by her attitude and demeanor that's she's doing her job (of managing the hotel) with her whole heart! She's fully devoted to her hotel that has tradition since 1966 when it was founded by her grandfather. We felt very welcome there and had an amazing stay! I cannot recommend any other hotel higher than this one. Trust me, you won't be sorry as everything is just amazing. Oh, and, hi to Rafi!

Only thing I didn’t like was the transfer option suggested by the hotel. Oblates directly in a website sent by them, 30 euros, and spent 4h inside a bus. The transfer left the airport, and only 4h later I was arriving in the hotel. It was longer than the flight I had previously. If trying to get tot he hotel, I suggest rent a car, or even by public transport is faster than the suggested shuttle (Transunion).

Place is comfortable, with a/c (it was a very hot day in Mallorca, so necessary), and nice environment. Breakfast is a long buffet with many options included, and the staff was pleasant and nice. I recommend to stay here.
