Kitchen area can be a bit bigger, but we managed to cook every day 3 times, so not a problem. Everything was great to be honest.

Very nice accommodations with terrace/patio area around the pool, which was not very crowded. Everything that you need is in the apartment including towels for sunbathing around the pool. Great location which is close to the sea, supermarkets in walking distance. Maria was very friendly and helped us organize the late key handover and checkout time. Everything was great and we enjoyed the time there. Definitely come back again.

Kitchen is small and located in small corridor between bedroom and dining room.

Perfect hotel for vacation. We lived on a ground floor, so you just step out from you terrace and you can dive into a pool or sunbath on your own sunbeds under umbrella. Apartment has not just a terrace, but a private patio too. Pool is clean and big enough. Rooms, bathroom are spacy and clean. Hotel has parking, 6 EUR per day.

The property needs some refurbishment in bathroom and kitchen. But it was not a major problem.

I didnt like that the balcony was located near the stairs so everyone could see us while going to the rooms. And also maybe not that cold water in the pool will be better

Bashed my head on beams- maybe they could be padded which would help.

This property is located in the centre of the beautiful resort of Peguera, 100 metres from the promenade/beach, 100 metres a main bus stop. The A11 bus runs from and too the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi and takes 70 minutes on a comfortable modern, air-conditioned bus which has USB ports and Wi-Fi. There is a Tapas restaurant downstairs, and numerous small supermarkets within 50 meters. Lidl and Mercadona large supermarkets are an easy walk of about 600 metres . Dozens of restaurants are close. Even though the apartments are located in the thick of the resort, they are very secure, peaceful and well appointed with high quality pool furniture. We stayed in a first floor apartment which had a nice size balcony with an awning, a mini- kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, a microwave and good quality of pots, pans etc. The large double bed is upstairs on a Mezzanine level. My only observation is that, due to the design, the ceiling beams are low and it is easy to painfully crack your head if you forget to duck. I am only 5' 7" and did this several times. The owners have thought of everything and everything works including modern remote-controlled air conditioning. The owners are terrific and work hard to make sure everything is kept neat, tidy and clean which helps to create a calm and peaceful environment.

Secure property very close to a sandy beach. Less than a hundred meters from a bus stop on the A11 route to and from the airport. Maria very helpful.

Amazing location 1min to shops cafes bars and beach Studio fab patio right by the pool with your own sunbeds . well equipped with appliances ..hairdryer microwave fridge toaster hob TV and good sized bathroom . AC /heating at no extra cost . Beautiful peaceful pool area well maintained and clean Maria and hubby were so attentive and welcoming carabela bar which is part of complex is fantastic with tasty food happy atmosphere and beautiful sisters who run it Resort has all you need with regular efficient bus service .

What I really appreciated about the location: - the comfort and facilities of the room, the view of the park, the very large balcony, the swimming pool, - the possibility of parking at the property (extra charge), the area being next to the beach, it is more difficult to find parking, - location in the immediate vicinity of the beach. shops and area of interest, - the kindness of the hosts who were waiting for us, although we arrived late in the evening and the very good communication with them, - very easy check-out, keys left in a box. The area is very beautiful, not very crowded. The umbrella for 2 people costs 13.50 euros. Renting a car from Centauro was a great idea if you want to see many sights on the island.

Lovely place, spacious and clean. Apartment opened out onto a big terrace with the pool and also had a little terrace at the back. Lots of sunbeds. We had the pool to ourselves for our whole stay. . Very close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet at night. Couldn't fault it.

We asked for a quiet room if possible with a sea view. We were given apartment 27, which may have a bit of a sea view between buildings but it has the smallest balcony (by far) and directly overlooks the maintenance yard for the Autos Custodia car hire company. There was constant high pitched whining noise from the industrial vaccum cleaner, power-washer and compressor/pneumatic tools from 7.30am to 7.09pm - 7 days per week. There was also very strong petrol/gasoline fumes when vehicles were refuelled. The door and windows didnt seal tight when closed and only the one overlooking the car hire yard was double glazed (not very well). The apartment was up two flights of steep stone steps and was quite a tight space. The microwave looked ancient with a crack in the door. There was very little counter space and you had to constantly move kitchen appliances in order to make space to use anything. Power for the hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc was via an extention lead, which felt quite dangerous. There was a TV (all German channels) but we felt uncomfortable using it because shortly after 11pm on our first night (although we didnt have the volume high) someone knocked on our door and asked us to turn it off. It was very alarming for us to have a strange man knock on the door as we prepared for bed, particularly when the TV wasnt loud. On arrival the owner seemed very firm about rules such as locking gate, no visitors and twice stressed no smoking despite repeatedly telling her we were non smokers who knew no one in the area. Oddly there were at least 2 ashtrays in the apartment. Given we were due to stay 2 weeks we were very disappointed that the apartment allocated didn't reflect that. If going to these apartments we suggest you request apartments 11 - 14 or 21 - 26.

The property is located in the centre of Paguera and is very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus. The mattresses on each bed were good.

We paid more than was indicated in the booking, the room did not match the photo, the walls were quite thin and everything could be heard.., check out was at 11.00 and when we were already going down at 10.58, we got a call already. It seemed strange to me. But in general, these were small things against the background of a wonderful holiday

in general, everything was fine, but the room was not the same as in the photo, it seemed to me much smaller... The room has air conditioning, fireplace, small kitchen.. The apartment is located in the very center of Pagera, where it is quite noisy... Downstairs there is a Carabella bar, where there is a chic fish and meat

Some of the guests were petty/ possessive over sunbeds by the pool. It was unclear whether they were for any guest or for a specific room. The internet was slow but useable.

The location was nice, with the beach only a few yards away. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities near by (including a Lidl which wasn't far away).
