Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOur standard size room was rather small with limited wardrobe or cupboard space. The water in the rooftop pool was bitterly cold! The breakfast area is rather busy with cleaners and other comings and goings, although the breakfast was fantastic!
The hotel was very nice, very characterful, and extremely central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful suite in a stunning building right in the heart of old town Sevilla. The staff were friendly and attentive too. What more could you ask for?

TurkeyThere was no parking for the car, and the closest packing place is 5 minutes walking away. But it is worth the stay!!
The hotel is very close to the Cathedral (3-minute walking). It is a very chic hotel. Our room was a premium room, and it was large and spacious. We had a bathroom with a room size and had a jaquizi. The bathroom amenities were nice. The swimming pool has the cathedral view. They have a complementary 5 o'clock teatime which was very nice, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Very elegant place. I definitely and strongly recommend this hotel if you would like to have a romantic getaway and be close to every touristic site in a walking distance.
