The host was amazing. Couldn't be more helpful. Let me put my motorbike in his garage. I had an evening meal there which was delicious and breakfast in the morning which again was lovely. Very clean, great bed and brilliant shower.

The WiFi connection was very poor and my Vodafone was not working there at all, but let's consider it as a digital detox :D

House is located a bit far from the city, surrounded with trees and mountains. The apartments are very clean and comfortable, high quality of linen and pillows. Host is very friendly and speaks english. Good breakfast is served by request. Also there are lots of animals around, my daughter enjoyed feeding horses and goats.

A bit daunting on arrival when there was no sign of life and all downstairs rooms with chairs on tables. We found a notice on the door to telephone the owner,who arrived shortly afterwards.

Fantastic, freshly prepared breakfast. Great safe parking for our classic car. Quiet, rural location in natural environment. Beautiful, traditional building, tastefully renovated. Friendly, helpful host who explained about the town, where to park and where to eat.

The surrounding areas are out of this world with so much to explore. The host is so friendly and accommodating - he also makes the bests omelettes we’ve ever eaten. The room felt like home and having a hot tub in the room may not be a necessity but was totally welcome after a long day hiking.

Maybe only pillows should be replaced with more comfy ones ) Also sound proofing is a bit poor, but it's ok for this kind of houses.

Everything was exceptional ! Hosts are very kind. Owner speaks English - its a rare thing in this region =) Bed was comfy, but pillows are too narrow. We had modern tv in our room and very nice mountain view. The breakfast was nice and pretty big, we were not able to finish it all )

I have no complaints! I suppose if I were to give some feedback or suggestions it would be: 1. The internet is not that strong so if you are thinking of working here, probably best to go somewhere with a better connection (the place is so beautiful that I would say, skip work and enjoy the country). 2. The house has wooden floors and is not sound proof so you can hear others but as long as everyone is respectful and quiet, it doesn't matter. The benefits out way the cons. 3. Perhaps the breakfast could be managed better so that all guests are served at once (or serve themselves).

Wow. This is such a magical place in the Basque Country. It is so special I am going to return with more friends and family. The host, Iñaki, speaks good English and is incredibly friendly and hospitable. He is a local farmer and made an outstanding breakfast for us all. Staying here was a truly enjoyable experience. The house itself was stunning with great design and beautiful wooden furniture and art. Really state of the art.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, but just a 20 minute walk from the city center. Very comfortable rooms and good breakfast for a very reasonable price. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and definitely recommended.

Casa Rural is a wonderful haven for the tired traveller. Sadly I had no time to explore the surrounding countryside, but it looked beautiful. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, everything just perfect. And in the morning I was the last guest down to breakfast and a lovely lady, (presumably the Mama of the family) asked me what I would like to eat and made it fresh for me! It was like going home! I highly recommend Casa Rural.
