We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaMy single room was too small. The lighting was not enough. I was on a business trip, so in order to work I lacked proper light on the ceiling. The breakfast was nice, but I wish it offered something more saturated, like eggs, or potato pie. I think the bathrooms during the stay should be cleaned more thoroughly. And definitely there should be done something about the toilet itself, because in my room it hardly flushed.
The reception staff was very friendly- helped with various questions, gave advice, provided us with a heater and extra blankets, etc. In general the breakfast was good. It was nice to have a balcony in the room. The bed was comfy. I am very thankful that our group could check in earlier. We spent 13 hours on the road, so it was very important for us.

IrelandHigher chairs and a table at the window to enjoy the spectacular views would be lovely. Also, tea and coffee making facilities would be great.
The breakfast we had was lovely...we ate in the cafet...we were late for the buffet but we ordered tortilla and café con lêche and it was the nicest we had . The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent..it simply couldn't be more ideally located.

United KingdomThe hotel is basic and in need of updating. Not just in appearance but in terms of aligning it self to the standards of what travellers expect from a 4 star hotel. The towels and toiletries need to be improved (we had a hand soap dispenser which laid next to the sink as opposed to being on the wall !). The sheets and pillows need to be upgraded too. The furniture also needs to be upgraded- our side tables had been removed to fit in two twin beds so we couldn’t put our phones or a drink by the bed.
The position and view was fantastic! We had a front view and could see the whole bay from our bed! There’s a small beach which we loved and great places to eat and have breakfast nearby. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean.

Simple but complete room with great views over harbour and sea. Very centrally located, within walking distance of beach, free parking, restaurants and shops. All staff at reception were brilliantly friendly.

PortugalWe had 2 rooms and in one of them linen bed was already used by other people (they had to change it),and the floor was not clean. The A/C was not working in both of the rooms. In one of the rooms the closet door was broken. We had no breakfast at the hotel because we didn't trust hygiene.
Wonderful location, in a building in front of the beach and in the town centre, close to restaurants and cafeterias. The building is nice and the rooms have balconies with sea views, There is a private parking lot under the hotel. The staff was fine and the wifi was good.
