- Bit noisy since so central but not too bad. - Lack of cutlery and a kettle which are really necessary items. - Have to give €100 deposit as well as room payment. They refund it after you leave - not an issue but something to be aware of. - Can only keep luggage 10am-1pm so had to use luggage locker in town the day we left.

Soundproofing was poor and as this apartment is so central it was very noisy at night. One of the shutters in the living room was broken so could not close.

If you want a good night sleep this is not the place for you, there's a Disco under the apartment it stops around 03.00 then rubbish collection ,sweeping truck up the down the road , after a while deliveries to Bars and restaurant start then the ply comes to life again

The bathroom was a bit cramped, but I guess there has to be some sort of compromise when having such a central location and especially for the price it was on for!

It was a nice apartment right in the middle of Malaga. I was hesitant with people saying it was noisy, however it was well soundproofed and I didn't hear anything through the night.

The fact that the unit above me was undergoing renovations so every morning there was drilling, hammering, demolishing and loud talking I couldn’t sleep in and was not informed to me before I booked it or pick up the keys at the main office which is literally next door to the property

This is not the flat you think you're booking!! This is the first negative review I've written for anywhere. Firstly what they've done is to take pictures from two flats and mix them up - some people get the good flat, some people get the terrible one. The terrible one would be sort of OK - it's really shabby, it's not that comfortable, there's places by the window where the surround has been ripped away, the shower is literally something you can stand bolt upright in but it's tiny. There is - I promise you - no terrace of any kind. There is a void between the buildings where two aircon units blow hot air into each other. This isn't that bad until you realise that the one in the bedroom reliably loses that battle. This isn't that bad until you go to bed and realise that the hot box in the central void has two aircon units pumping heat into it and there's a full window and a patio door letting all that heat back into the bedroom. This isn't that bad until you realise that the two combine mean there's no chance that bedroom won't get below 20 something degrees no matter how long you leave the aircon on (pro tip - give up on the bedroom aircon, keep the living room aircon on which blasts into the same void but the physics somehow balances so on cool nights you can use the bed. On most nights you'll be on the bed in the living room). This isn't bad until you point it out to the staff who will put their hand over the aircon and say - 'it works' with a face that makes you seem like the idiot. Their grasp of the situation totally disipates when you try and explain. Do not stay here.

I liked the effort they put into marketing where they combine the photographs from two flats and con you into booking then you end up in the terrible one. I like that Booking.com don't help when this happens.

The cockroaches in the bathroom. The fact that a chair held together with tape collapsed when I sat on it whereby I fell to the floor and almost hit my head on the wall. The fact that the old fridge was barely able to chill food (but the freezer worked). The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned for a long time so was stained, dirty and smelled of stale coffee and thus was unusable. It was like an apartment in a developing country. In fact I have stayed in better basic accommodation in such countries, like India.

This was the worst place I have stayed in over 30 years. Nothing like the advertised details. The whole apartment was filthy, the furniture was three broken plastic chairs, the floor tiles were loose. Getting in and out of the main doors was a bad experience, no lights and a door entry buzzer that took us 15 minutes to find in the dark. Tv was broken and no sofa. We had booked three nights but left the next morning as it was impossible to sleep due to the noise, and this was off season.

Noise levels in the area, can hear the bars/clubs and street cleaning which was very loud.

Central location, the host was accommodating and friendly when we needed to change due to the outside noise.

The property was very noisy, there is a disco beneath it and apartments beside us were very noisy. Can’t sleep here at all. The first night we were put into the wrong apartment without a balcony like we had paid for and the bedroom in that apartment had windows with no curtains at all and someone blaring music at 7am from aboveusx The washing machine doesn’t work although when I addressed this issue they got our clothes cleaned for us. When I asked could this be done a second time I got no reply!
