We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNervous staff. Inconvenient restaurant hours. 8am breakfast is too late if you want to go hiking early. Lunch finishes at 3:30pm which is ideal to miss it when you come back from hiking mid afternoon. We arrived at 3:15 and the server did not want to have anything to do with us. Then dinner starts at 8:30pm which is way too late to go to bed early after a tiring day and/or you suffer from acid reflux. Breakfast is bad and will not please most North Americans used to a hot breakfast. Except for a mushy lukewarm unfrozen potato tart, It’s all cold stuff. I do not understand the purpose of providing 25 different kinds of sugared cakes, tarts and cookies with cold meat for breakfast but no eggs or hot cereals. People have to wait in line for a single coffee machine that requires 2 minutes and 4 brewing in order to get a decent cup of coffee. I managed to make myself some toasts with white bread. Street with terrasses is noisy in front of the restaurant.

What a brilliant hotel! Centrally located in Benasque with secure parking at the rear. The staff were exceptionally friendly especially the restaurant staff who even tried to teach me Spanish! Food was excellent - proper Spanish mountain food. Portions were very generous and unbelievably good value for money. Something like 29 euros for 3/4 courses, wine and bread. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

They tried their best to meet our requirements: Moving us to a better room once it is available, preparing a full breakfast (not just a picnic) at 5am on our leaving day.... The room is clear and beautiful. Also, we really like the breakfast. We had a very good time during our 5-day stay in the hotel, and will choose this hotel for our next trip in Benasque.

FranceThe breakfast is typical Spanish (most guests are Spanish). We failed to adjust air conditioning, but it works not too bad. The personnel is nice and helpful. Large elevator, small but efficient fridge.
A nice and well-equipped hotel in the centre of Benasque - the gateway to the highest mountain in the Pyrenees (Aneto) and excellent and easily accessible alpine hiking areas (and skiing in winter). A good choice of restaurants and outlet shopping for hiking clothes and equipement around. Private parking (small, but we alxays got a space).
