Personnel service level below expectations. Too many of the staff with act with too much arrogance, making you feel like an inconvenience, which is the polar opposite of what a true luxury hotel does. Food selection and quality were also somewhat below expectations, raw materials and visual finish in particular. In busy period, make sure to call taxis 20-30 min bf you need to leave.

The location, the view and the beach are all excellent.

Dogs around the pool .. a no no . No staff enforcing the rules posted around the pool , warning that No dogs are allowed in the area. So called A la Carte Restaurant, basically sea facing poolside coffee shop ,very poor . Greasy food and most of the time cold food .To be avoided .The patio area needs a good clean Deck chairs loungers need a good scrub.. Toilets facilities around the pool do not have proper locks .

Although this hotel is 5* it is not up to the 5* standard. The walk from our bedroom and reception was quite far and things were a little outdated.

The drive up to the property was beautiful. Loved it and the staff were very helpful when we asked for suggestions for restaurants.

the check in was atrocious. it took a long time and we had tonfill out things with pen and paper even thoigh all of our info was on booking.com through the reservation. they failed to activate our keys for the oarking which meant several trips back and forth. on the third time with another staff persons help they actually activated it. the wifif could not be activated without filling out an online form with birthday and GENDER! you need to onow my gender to use the wifi? the refrigerator could not be used unless you pay 5 euros a day and there was bo coffee in the room. the hallway between the hotels smelt like mothballs.

Great facilities such as the Thalasso Spa and the naturist rooftop with sky pool. Also the bar near the pool was wonderful with very good staff.

Customer service is a solid 4 star, I wouldn't say it is 5 star and therefore I would say the hotel is the top of the 4-star range. I have visited 5-star hotels before and speaking from experience this is struggling to achieve 5 star. The customer service in the bars felt like they were doing us a favour, except one lady by the top pool, she is fabulous and incredibly hard-working. On the majority of occasions I felt like I almost had to apologise for ordering something or had to wait unreasonably long for things. Both the breakfast and the dinner buffet were meh. A few nice starters, but I had grilled meat on two occasions and they were undercooked both times. It was not a good experience. Again, I would say a 5 star buffet needs more. Didn't have the chance to try alacarte, therefore can't comment on that. Did have lunch by the pool and that was nice. Peguera itself is a long stretch of bazaars and not very appealing-looking bars/resturants, from what we could see (there might be more to it) which I wasn't blown away by. The walk to the village is very pretty though.

The location (very quiet and peaceful which is what we wanted), the facilities of the hotel are great. The fact that there is an adult-only section and a family section ensures everyone can enjoy what they are after. Loved that everything is salt water, all the pools, the spa etc. The rooms were nice, we had an enormous terrace with a sea view. The beach below the hotel is lovely, it is not huge, so unsure how busy it may get in the summer. Overall a good experience, but would probably choose another hotel next time. Journey from the airport was very straightforward, 30 minutes in a taxi, 50Euro.

Tv could not be connected to phone or ipad. The shuttle left when it had passengers and we missed it twice even though we were at the collect point at the time specified on the information sheet. Buffet in the evening could have catered a little more to teens/kids palette.The nearest town was a bit repetitive in what it had to offer. Seemed to have very little authentic majorcan food or shops.

The hotel was excellent, clean , relaxing, excellent breakfast with a huge variety to choose from and friendly staff. Very comfortable loungers and the food from the bar was excellent. Very easy access to the sea. The shuttle timings were good except could of had an extra one after 6pm. Would definitely visit the hotel again but would get a car to travel during the day. It had amazing views and crystal clear waters meters from the hotel for swimming or snorkeling.

i was aware that some facilities are adults only, but according to the information on booking.com “children of age 13 years old and above are considered adults at this property”. Could not even sit on the upper terrace with my 13 old daughter or use pools (only one pool is allowed to use for kids). There was no view from our room (balcony) just a fence.

The corridors smelled a little bad, there could have been more atmosphere.

I liked the view, the pool area, the privacy and the breakfast. The shuttle to and from Peguera was also very nice. Also you couldn't reserve the sun or balinese beds, which was very nice. There was always room near the pool.

limited availability of spa treatments due to staff being on leave. gym not available even to older children (e.g. 14-18). some of the room towels are really old and broken and need replacing.

The location is excellent. the pool side area and the beach, which is easily accessible are very nice. breakfast area and breakfast options are lovely. rooms are beautiful with sea view.

NO sun beds at the beach (despite being shown in the pictures). we had to go to the sun beds of the hotel next door… that were almost always full. there is NO free parking, 50 euros fee a day which i think is a lot considering how much we had paid per night to begin with… finally, we booked a room with sea view and reception put us in a room on the back of the hotel.. said couldn’t change the room that late in the evening so we had to move rooms next day.
