We cannot express how delighted we are with this hotel. Having been to a lot of 5-stars in Europe that feel like 4-stars, this 4-star feels like a little 5-star boutique. Beautiful interior, comfortable room, great food from the restaurant. The staffs are exceptional, always showing vibrant energy and willing to help. A particular shout out to the hotel manager Toni and the restaurant team , who after knowing that we are staying for many days and wish to explore more local cuisine, very kindly accommodated our dining requests by offering a splendid selection of local tapas that is outside of the restaurant menu. Again, the staff, design, and facility all meet 5-star standards and would be an excellent place to wind down and enjoy a few tranquil days with family or friends.

Our room was facing the road and though it had a big balcony area with beautiful views, it was too noisy to sit outside and to sleep with the window open. It was also near the bar so you could hear everything but only in the evening. Probably better to have a garden facing room away from the bar area if you're staying more than one night.

The service and reception was excellent. The room was spacious and the spa area, with the indoor pool and sauna, was beautiful and a real highlight. Breakfast was also plentiful and a variety of choices The place definitely has a special feel to it and the outdoor garden/pool looked very nice too.

Everything was incredible from check in (Svetlana was lovely) throughout our stay. The room was amazing, with all the best modern amenities. The pools and spa are also awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Will remember this stay forever.

Nothing, it was really one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to.

This is a 5* property and you feel that from start to finish. The team were amazing, food was lovely and the facilities are second to none. Massive thanks to the manager, all the staff, the grounds man - you can’t fault this place.

It has been a great experience to be in Mallorca and our stay in the hotel has influenced that much. An awasome place, one of few that we want to keep in memory for longer.

The restaurant has short menu that is fine of you just 2-3 days. Breakfast is good and delicious, but also if you have long stay, no changes in the variations.

The hotel is an old Monastery that was renovated. Very peaceful and relaxing place, well decorated. The hotel Manager and the staff are very polite and friendly. Good location if you have a car to explore the area around.

We absolutely adored this hotel - the property itself is stunning but the grounds were also perfect. The staff were incredible and the facilities were some of the best I’ve experienced. Absolutely brilliant stay.

The surrounding town is quite sleepy, restaurants okay. There is another town 5min taxi away which is busier but lack of very nice restaurants (we are both foodies).

Excellent Hotel - beautifully clean, stunning interior, lovely pool area with scenic view and friendly staff. The room exceeded expectations - our room had a huge bed with a balcony and jacuzzi with the most divine view! The service was great throughout our stay; the staff were always polite and happy to help. The manager and all the staff made the stay feel special and very personalised to our needs. The restaurant was excellent also - we ate 2 nights out of the 3 as we enjoyed it so much. Would return to Mallorca just to stay at Hotel Creu de Tau again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa. The hotel, the room, the pools, the bar were excellent. The view from the terras and outdoor pool is breath-taking. The dinner in restaurant Cova Negra is of high level cuisine - star quality. We really enjoyed it. Antonio and staff underline the meaning of hospitality. Thank you and hopefully till next time soon. We will definitely return to Capdepera and this hotel.

There is literally nothing.

It’s pure perfection! From the moment you walk through the door you’re greeted by super sweet staff members. The architecture is phenomenal, and absolutely stunning. It’s hart to pin down what was our favorite part, because it was unbelievable. The staff definitely creates a magical experience, and the Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience. I’m speechless, honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to, and I’m not sure when I will have anything like this again.

there was nothing that did not meet or exceed our expectations

The food was great, awesome selection for breakfast and the main restaurant food was beautiful. The staff (a small team) were friendly and attentive. The pool and other facilities were spotless We used the outdoor pool and the indoor Spa as well. My wife had a pedicure which she was very happy with. The location was great for walking into Capdepera it also allowed easy access for parking at the Hotel. I contracted an ear infection, the Manager Antonio, arranged for a doctor to visit within 30 minutes. This hotel has an exclusive feel, a very relaxed vibe. Overall we could not have been happier

Everything! The personal service from the staff and the food were exceptional. From Reception to the personal touch from Antonio we were made to feel really welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The spa is small but the pool is lovely and I recommend a massage from Noellia (apologies for spelling) Thank you
