The breakfast is not friendly for non-early birds guests. There’s no enough food after 8:00am. They didn’t refill the empty plates.

I was hoping for a room in the old part of the hotel overlooking the cathedral. Still had a view but not as nice.

The location was perfect for us. We are on The Camino de Santiago and the hotel is close to the way. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. And chocolates on the pillow were a nice touch.

Spectacular location directly next to the Cathedral. I had a wonderful view from my room. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

the breakfast is lovely but the rules are different than one finds at most places along the Camino. there is a sign that says you will be charged 13€ if you take anything with you. in a couple of languages but not all of the languages that were represented in the breakfast area. sorta strange because many of the items are of the type that other places along the way know will be taken along — small packaged cakes, whole fruits, for example. this morning a couple of women were disappointed when they had to leave items behind. I don’t know if this hotel understands how strange this feels compared to other places on the Camino. I could read the sign and was fine with the rule but felt sad for the women who did not understand.

The hotel is very old fashion. It splits between several buildings, we didn’t stay in the main building, so everything you need you need to approach reception in different building as also breakfast. Breakfast was very basic. Reception provides only one key to the room. The price of the hotel is too high for its facilities.

The main advantage of this hotel is the view from it windows to spectacular church. Rooms are very clean, location is great in the middle of the old town. In house parking one min from the hotel.

nothing. but I note that one has to climb up and down stairs to get into the hotel. fine for pilgrims but would not work for all. perhaps there is a wheelchair entrance hidden somewhere but I did not see it.

We chose a room with a view and we were glad we did. The cathedral view is stunning! The rooms were cozy and comfortable with all needed amenities. The breakfast was delightful. The staff was at our service for any need that we had.

Wonderful spot for a rest day in Burgos while walking the Camino. I had a cathedral view room and it was incredible! The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! A great stay!

This is a great hotel just a few metres away from the cathedral. It is beautifully maintained and the staff are wonderful. That l have returned here a third time whilst on the Camino Frances (2011, 2023, 2024) ought to say much.

Fantastic view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly and the room cosy. The location is great - close to restaurants and bars. Would recommend and stay again when visiting Burgos again.

Our room looked onto a cement wall (I had anticipated a view of the cathedral). The breakfast buffet was only so-so (not great value).

No air conditioning during our stay because it was not so hot, had to leave window open.

Staff: Attentive, very helpful in providing information and suggestions to eat and buy things. Room: Clean and free toiletries Location: In the route of the Camino Santiago: Frances. Besides the Cathedral. Shops and Restaurants nearby. Laundromat also a couple feet away. Breakfast: Hot and cold alternatives, was Ok.
