We had a very spacious, comfortable room (we were fortunate to be upgraded). The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (due to the location that was the easiest option), and the food was very good. It was nice to stay close to Cuenca, but away from the tight old town area.

It was okay for us but the noise travels all over it feels like. We could always tear the music from the lobby/common area then later in the evening kids playing in the game room.

Although it is a bit out of the city center the drive up was beautiful and it is fiery quiet when you are there. Plenty of parking👍

WiFi was very poor. We didn't like a room. For three adults there was three beds with tiny bedside tables, one table and one!!! chair. Bare walls. Very small wardrobe without shelves or hooks with only three hangers. I kept all our things in the suitcase as there was actually nowhere to put it. There was no mini bar or refrigerator though it was mentioned on Booking. No additional pillows. We supposed to have more comfort. We didn't like breakfast as well. I spent not less then 15 minutes each time in a queue to get coffee or tea as there is only one coffee/hot water machine. I don't understand - whether it is so difficult to have a thermos with hot water for those who drink tea in the morning? Fried eggs were just logged one on another and floating in the oil. There was no cheese. Maybe it was presented but when we had breakfast there was none of it. We paid 30 eur for breakfast and were absolutely dissatisfied. Everything was cold and tasteless including croissants. I think the price/quality value for money is better for working days. On weekends it's overpriced.

Wonderfully reconstructed old house with inner courtyard. Lots of greenery. Specious parking. Clean. Very good restaurant and bar. Bar did our stay! Quiet neighborhood. Pets friendly. Game room with billiard was great.

In the outdoor children playground the slide was broken and to the cleanliness in the room and communal areas should be paid more attention.

Dinner in the restaurant was very disappointing. We also found it irritating that we paid Euros 74 per night for a room being sold at Euros 55 per night during our stay.

Good sized comfortable room. WiFi good. Easy parking on site. Location excellent in tranquil surroundings and yet very close to Cuenca, which has a beautiful Old Town. Good base for walking or cycling.

The hot food in the breakfast room could have been a lot warmer, the containers the eggs and bacon was stored in was not well heated. The second night at the hotel there was a large group in and the restaurant was taken over by them so we had to eat in the bar area, which although OK for us, the service was not quick and some delay was experienced. The hotel reception could have advised us that there would be a problem with the restaurant and given advice of what to expect.

The hotel is very well priced in an excellent location outside of Cuenca. The room we stayed in was well presented and large by some standards, with a large double bed, wardrobes and separate sitting area complete with 48" TV and full independent Air Conditioning, full Wi-Fi was also available throughout and was free. The hotel is set in its own grounds with a large private parking and also an outside swimming pool (unfortunately not open until June). A large breakfast room as well as a large restaurant area with separate bar for dining etc are available giving a full experience. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It would have been nice if the cafeteria had sold some snacks.

The location was very good, just a few miles from Cuenca and amongst the spectacular countryside. Easy parking. Superb breakfast. Very pleasant site, keeping the style of of the original monastery, with many different areas to sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

The restaurant has extremely high ratings, normally I would venture out but decided to have dinner there based on reviews. The food was just ok. The fish dish had a sweet strawberry sauce on top that seemed out of place for dinner. The local dessert was delicious!

VERY cool building - former college dormitory - lots of character. Excellent staff and location to walk within old town Cuenca. Very scenic spot. Would definitely stay there again. Quiet and safe area.

Two steps down from the bedroom area to the main area and bathroom need some lighting or somethng. If I were designing the room I'd put the sofas up the steps and the bed by the bathroom
