Amazing location on outskirts of Cuenca and super facilities

Food quality below average. Not as dog friendly as stated. Suite was a bedroom with a plastic sofa and no aircon.

We liked everything. The only thing we sorry is that swimming pool wasn't working. It will be opened in the middle of July.

Hotel was beyond our expectations for sure. It's surrounded by greenery from all sides, the building is square with inner shaded yard where you could dine or just have a glass of wine. Interior is extremely beautiful with lots of unique pieces of old restored furniture. Breakfast is delicious with good coffee, traditional tortilla, cold cuts and croassants. I would recommend to have a breakfast in the hotel as well as to dine. They cook wonderful traditional meet and you could enjoy it in beautiful restaurant. Our three teenagers were happy to play billiards and air hockey in the play room. And it's free of charge. Very tranquil atmosphere, lots of hidden places to chill out or just to read. Rooms are spacious, clean and good lighted, bed is comfortable. It's only 13 min driving to the nearest public parking of Cuenca. The road from hotel to the city is very picturesque. We will be back for sure!

Swimming pool wasn’t open

the grounds had been left to overgrowth- possibly post pandemic. the pool had not be restored. the food was not good.

Very loud music played late into the night which can be heard clearly from the bedroom. Unable to sleep until it stopped. Also WiFi was so slow and unrealisable as to make it useless.

The premises outside was looking messy and old. The staff at the reception was bit disorganized . The daily cleaning included only the maling up if the beds. For example the bathroom was not cleaned during the entire stay!! Change of towels not every day ! Shower did not work properly.

I particularly enjoy the terrace for dinner and the food. Also the option to have lunch near the pool. Very well located for enjoys nice walks around. The decoration is so nice and comfortable. I loved the design in my room. The view from the windows amazing

That we had to leave😆

The size of the rooms, the location. The friendly staff Isabel and Pilmar were friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks to their professional service we decided to stay an extra night. We had our room upgraded when a room became available as they couldn't met our request via Booking.com. The dining room was great, the guys waiting on us very friendly and helpful. The set menu was a little limited for vegetarian options though there was enough to feel satisfied after the meal. The lovely buffet style breakfast. The location though away from the town is beautiful and tranquil.

We'd requested a room with a double bed and we're given a room with 2 twin beds but the receptionist offered us another room which was much appreciated. Whatever you do don't eat any meals in the hotel restaurant. It was pouring the night we arrived so we figured why not? Big mistake, huge. The seats were covered in crumbs, and as for the food... the salmon was actually inedible we had to send it back, and every other dish was a joke for the price. "De la huerta" veg and salads from the local supermarket. It was obvious the people at the tables near us weren't enjoying their meals either. Very upsetting way to spend money. The ring light mirror in the room was also on its last legs and looked like it would blow at any point. There was also a cleaning bucket on the counter in the room when we got in.

The location and grounds are beautiful. The smell of pine wafting into the rooms is just divine. For the nightly price it is a bargain, there are just a few things they could do here and there to sharpen the place up a bit like rerouting and putting hooks in the rooms.
