As others have said, personally I found the beds too hard. There was also not much soundproofing - the corridor can be loud with people walking past, and due to the room layout you can usually hear your neighbour's shower.

Amazing location, right on the edge of the beautiful old town and close to lots of excellent bars and restaurants. Very easy to get around with bikes for hire and nearby buses. The breakfast was very good and a fair price. The staff were always helpful and friendly. They kindly let us leave our bags there before check in and after check out, and gave good advice on where to park nearby.

The staff are so friendly, especially Manuel and all the bar staff. They helped qith restaurant recommendations and shopping locations. The location is excellent, with lots of street art, little lane ways, and close to the historical sites. There is a rooftop bar and pool which were excellent. The room was a great size and very clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Roof top swimming pool too small to actually swim in but fine to cool down Went to cool down in it in afternoon but could actually not buy a drink as is unstaffed 😞Also unable to have drink in roof top bar in evening if it was full and disappointingly could not even buy a cocktail from it to drink on our balcony 😞

The bed's were quite hard, and the service in the rooftop bar could be very slow, with the cocktails not always made to a desired standard.

the location was incredible, such close proximity to all the top rated bars and restaurants, and perfect for exploring the rest of the old town. The trams were nearby too and extremely easy to use, connecting you to the beach and the airport. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and dipping pool were such a wonderful touch at the end of a long day exploring in the sun.

Room faced the main road and traffic was heavy as there are traffic lights a hundred meters away meaning traffic ques outside on weekdays and from early hours. The Room was a strange shape making getting around the bed a mission to the wardrobe. To drown the traffic noise we kept the windows shut and air con on, unfortunately the air con unit is above the bed directly over head

Location was fantastic, a short walk from the main old town and across the road from the park(dry river bed) Great location to Hire a bike and ride along the park all the way to the beech. Staff were alway helpful and approachable, the roof top bar is a nice place to sit and watch the day turn to night but don't expect to do lengths in the pool, its more a hot tub to be honest and located next to the bar.

Slightly small pool with limited surrounding seating space but the terrace was overall a very chilled and relaxed vibe

Rooftop Terrace was lovely. The two guys who worked there were fantastic, super attentive and treated us very well as hotel. Breakfast was also great value for money - we added on for just €9pp on checkout day.

A couple of days the towels smelt abit musty but nothing major!

Great location, decent room. Staff were really helpful with any queries including having our air con turned down and missing towels. Read alot of complaints about noise, there is some and you can hear other doors slamming (4th floor) but not people and zero issues from the bar upstairs.

The shower space was a small with the disabled seat that wouldn't fold up. Air-conditioning I'm my room wasn't sufficient with the summer heat.

The staff were lovelly, prompt service and very accomodating. The pool and roof top seating area was great for relax and waiting to check in.

If you're a light sleeper, you will need earplugs (other guests and busy street)! What annoyed me a lot was actually the 'free Aqua de Valencia' you got on arrival. The waiter at the rooftop bar said it was like a really small taster shot and pushed us to have something else as well. We both opted for a pisco sour. Now the free drink wasn't that tiny, so a second one wasn't really needed and there was zero alcohol in both cocktails. The pisco sour definitely did not have pisco in it (it has a very distinct taste) so we felt ripped off.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Bed was nice, overal relatively clean but the bathroom could do with a makeover. Aircon was nice as it was 32° when we visited. Good location.
