If some points would be changed this place could have nice potential. - was the first hotel in traveling experience that didn't have option to store trolley for a few hours (we had early flight). Was offered to search and use paid lockers in the city. - needed request to change the room as it didn't met booked (and paid) room requirements. - could be cleaner as in wardrobes or floor corners were dust. - communication from stuff was not very friendly. I wouldn't choose this hotel for next stay in Valencia as it is not worth money value of provided services.

The reason we booked this hotel was the location. And that was the main advantage of it.

Room smelled of sewage and Japanese radish. Couldn’t attribute it to anything inside the space but it persisted the duration of my stay. no staff presence except for cleaner who just so happened to be in the lobby when I came to check in. Room can get quite stuffy if window isn’t open during shower. There’s no vents or extraction for bathroom

Cleaner was lovely and was the only person to help me with check in. She did everything she could to make my welcome warm. Great location couldn’t be better Quiet guests and quiet street considering it’s Fallas and so close to the market and busy square Great housekeeping

The room was very narrow and the bed was facing a side brick wall which felt like being trapped in a cell and there was very little natural lighting. As we booked a standard room I guess what we learned was you get what you paid for if the property explained the rooms we would have paid more and had one of the better rooms.

The room size was decent. Personally, I did not like the air conditioning which I feel is a bit of a necessity. It took nearly almost 6-7 hours to get the room to a decent temperature. One of the other things that could be specific to my room as well was the wooden flooring was all rotten or eaten away by termites.

The location of the property is perfect - minutes away from the bars, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. You can get by anywhere by walking in under 10 minutes.

Had to check in at one central building then walk with all our baggage to another. Staff member only spoke French and was difficult to communicate with. The air con didn’t work and the room was way smaller than it appeared on the advert. Extremely hot and claustrophobic in there.

I contacted the place to see if we could stay where we checked in as stated on the booking confirmation but didn’t get a response so had to walk to other building and it was difficult to find, no one showed us where it was just where it was located on the map but the instructions were not necessarily clear

Wifi didn’t work in certain areas of our room. There was a wall plug on one side of the bed that wasn’t accessible because the bed frame was in the way.

It was very clean, the showers and bathroom where really good quality and the shower pressure was perfect which was important for us. The cleaners did a good job daily. The location was probably the best part of our stay, we could literally walk out and be in the middle of Valencia.

The pillow was like a brick, but came home to late ask for a softer one. Ask for one at arrival.

Great location, in the middle of everything. Value was fantastic! Bike rental around the corner, marked 200m away. Room was perfect size, small but big enough. Clean and nice in most ways.

We arrived late at night The person on the only reception open in another hotel said we were not booked in he then gaves us a room He did not explain how to get to our hotel The next day we were told we were in the wronge room then told we had to stay in our room as there were booked out Then 2 days before we were meant to leave the room access card was wiped we had to go to reception in the other hotel We were met by the same person that we booked in with he was on the phone and did not stop talking to us just gaves us the card not even sorry Overall a very poor experience

the facilities on the rooftop were not working, being the hot tub. not much natural light in the room.
