Staff are really helpful. Pool is lovely and clean. We arrived early, before our check-in time but was able to use the pool while we waited and leave our luggage. The receptionist was great, rushing our room so that we were able to check-in early.

Pool, you needed a key to get there and in the last day we lost it, couldn’t find it and we paid 30 euro for it!

A brilliant place to stay. Staff very friendly nothing is too much trouble any issue dealt with immediately. Fabulous location for resturantes, bars and shops.

A bit outdated equipment, but everything is clean and working. For our kids it was disadvantage that it is not allowed to jump or play game with ball in swimming pool, but I understand it maybe advantage for other guests.

Very spacious and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds. Even it is apartment and not hotel room, regular cleaning and changing towels take a place. Nice and calm swimming pool with bar. Place is central, next to roundabout and Lidl just across street, many restaurants and shops just few steps. But it is suprisingly calm, so it was really advantage. Privat parking is offered for fee, but it was not necessary, we found free place for our car every day without any problem. We were worried about wind, but (at least during our stay) it was not problem in Los Gigantes, opposite to other parts of island.

Would have liked a map on where the parking was situated. We parked outside the reception area in a no parking zone and was given verbal instructions. Due to the one way streets, it was not simple finding the garage.

Very spacious one bedroom unit with a large sea-facing balcony; part of a complex but very little noise. The units are a little old but good value for money, especially given the spaciousness. Lovely pool area and plenty of parking in the building. Great wifi.

It is a bit of walk to Los Gigantes and is hilly, but taxis are very reasonable

Very quiet hotel and staff helpful and friendly. Close to local supermarkets which makes self- catering convenient at this property. Three bedroom apartment is really big and spacious and has everything you need for a larger family.

The beds and the furniture in general are too outdated and needs to be change : the foot of the double bed was broken and my daughters slept unbalanced (it didn't bother them but still). The single beds were pretty hard but still OK for my taste. The double bed mattress was too old and sof (but the softness is subjective because it reflects my taste)

The location was excellent and the fact that it felt Spanish regarding architecture and the design of the appartements (Some place, more modern, lack this charm). The hotel is very close to "Los Gigantes" and it's very possible to see them from the balcony. Everything is accessible by foot. The balconies are totally enjoyable. The pool area is very nice even if we didn't used it much. The staff is lovely. Good control of the "insect" problem present in the island. I would probably come back even if there is some negative aspects regarding the hotel.
