Although I was aware of the fifth-floor apartment without a lift and had two big men in the family, it was challenging to bring suitcases up and down and climb those narrow, winding stairs daily. Additionally, people could see into our apartment as our window only had a sheer curtain, and due to the door location of the next-door apartment, they had to walk past our window to get to theirs.

The location and size of the apartment were excellent. Efficient communication and helpful staff enhanced the overall experience.

The hot water is unstable. Hot water not enough when take shower need to boil water by ourselves.

Beds weren’t very comfortable & the apartment lacked any personality

Location was ideal for anyone wanting a short break in Barcelona. Yes; there were 93 stairs up to the apartment but it was no problem for us (young & with minimal luggage)

These are really minor points, but a bin or box in the kitchen for recycling would be handy, and a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. These things would be helpful, but did not impact our stay :) .

The toaster kept tripping the electricity up, unsure about how the cooker worked. As we were a group of 4 staying for a 5 nights we needed extra towels and toilet paper. The stairs are a bit annoying as if you forget something you have to walk all the way back up, but was very good exercise. If someone suffers from body pains etc, arthritis or muscle pains, this probably wouldn’t be very suited for you, also not for families with children.

The property is spacious size, is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops local, and the beach is within walking distance. There is air conditioning, and fans available to use. The shower room is nice, and there is utilities such as fridge, microwave, toaster etc. And free Wi-Fi. Love that we have our own balcony section aswell.

Aircondition was very old and not worked good- in the badroom were very hot. Noisy dobrý to the bathroom. No place where to put the wash dish.

The main picture on booking.com includes a roof terrace and it was only in the small print on a subpage that there were also apartments without (ours). That was a disappointment.

The stairs, we didn’t mind them as we knew, but 92 steps with a huge case is hard work! Worth it though

Our windows opened up onto other people's, and often they had their windows open and they can clearly see into the apartment, unless you close the curtains. This unfortunately made the apartment feel clostophopbic even though it was spacious, and a couple of us struggled with feeling dizzy in the apartment, not sure if this was the building in general or apartment. You can hear the low rumble of the metro under the building which is frequent, which is a struggle if you have sensory issues.

The grey apartment (2 bed, 2 x singles) that we stayed in was spacious and clean. You can't hear the noise from the streets below, but there is some doors and people moving around in other apartments that you can hear. The stairs weren't actually too bad. Great to have a washing machine. Good shower and beds were good. The location is brilliant as it's so central and the metro is a 2 min walk.

The 90 odd stairs! not so bad after a few drinks but with dodgy knees I struggled a bit during the day. Could have done with a few more pillows only one small pillow was not enough.

The hosts need to HIGHLIGHT (it is currently hidden) in the listing that this apartment is on the 5th floor of a tall building, and not suitable for families with young children. We have a one year old and had a very difficult time staying here: - we were not provided the apartment in the listing, which was on one floor. Instead we were provided an apartment split on two levels, at the top top floor of the building. - carrying all our luggage up with baby in hand was extremely difficult - bringing stroller up and down the stairs everyday - there is a club on the 3rd floor of this building - no door on second floor bedroom, which leads straight to the stairs. We had to rent a baby gate from a third party. - baby cot provided does not have a mattress. We had to DIY one with blankets. When we booked, we alerted the host that we would be here for our honeymoon with our young child. They should have warned us!!!

VERY central location! And the apartment itself was clean and spacious. Beautiful balcony and rooftop views. Great spot for young people with no kids!

the apartment is much smaller than the pictures make it look like. it’s on the top floor with no elevator , there was constant construction in the building, small fridge, old tv with very few channels. it just feels crammed

We knew there is going to be long stairs and it really was, but if it is not so long stay, it's ok. Only thing I hoped is that there is more quiet if it is located so high in the building. Still, you can hear metro passing underground and even on Tuesday night there was a party probably downstairs, as we could hear it very well. So it was not the best place to sleep if you are sensitive to noises.

The location city wise is excellent. Especially on low season – exactly in the center and easy to get to places even by walking. The apartment is as on photos, terrace is nice and great to use during autumn-winter. There is all the necessary to cook food etc.
