maintenance and cleaning were always doing something and it’s a small place so they were always in the way.

The heated pool was nice. I loved the seating areas and the lights that came on at night. While the bed could have been more comfortable even the room was pretty great.

Lights was out by the kitchen, but next day they coming and fix , the extra bed at liveroom need to be replace , but the rest i can tell top top good love it, for sure i will go back there

Check in was very messy, staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. I suggest to triple check with them that the room is reserved after you pay. Apartment could be cleaner, I found a roach in the closet...

Good location, close to Diana and Hollywood beaches (5 min drive). Also conveniently located near major bus stops, can use the bus to go to beach (15 min) Fort Lauderdale (30 min) and airport (20 min) Nice swimming pool

The refrigerator was not working properly and the washing machine and the dryer and the couch need to be replace, and I did not like the sheets keep slipping off the bed the sheets are too small and the shower need plastic curtain .

I was not aware of the additional security deposit. I wish that was made more apparent when I booked the room.

Loved how homey it felt. It was nicely decorated and very clean! The patio was also a very nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again long term.

Excellent apartment, equipped with full kitchen, pots, coffee maker and other utensils. The beds are excellent, the living room and the bedroom are large. The service team is exceptional. Extremely attentive and respond quickly to all requests. Clean and very well organized place. Excellent pool. If you are with your family, a full kitchen will be very important for making healthy meals.

it rained so hard it flooded the streets so when we got out the car our shoes were soaked . I got charged an extra 300$ when I arrived (did not state when booking) I don’t recalls. some of it was refundable deposit but 200.00$ for damage when the whole place was a mess , the best thing there was the dining table . the bathtub had a lot of mold in it and it looked like someone tried to paint over it instead of getting rid of the mold , I tried to take a shower and let it warm up but the whole bathtub started filling up with yellow water , as if it was urine backup in the shower , we couldn’t even shower after the rain and I have a one year old. NO WAY was my daughter taking a shower in yellow water backup in the bathtub. so the next morning we found a nice hotel that let us take a shower before our flight for $50.00 but it was totally worth it , than that yellow water back at this hotel. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF reimbursement they give even if they do THIS PLACE GIVES. the cameras they have around the property are way better kept than these rental units.

Everything, hosts was hostile, room was dirty and was not as shown on internet. Drugs and prostitution was rampant. We left and found another hotel. They would not refund our money. My family safety was more important so we left.

Just an observation, the unit has a pool and it is close to the beaches they do not have beach towels available.

we found the unit comfortable, very good beds, it is close to everything markets, bars, restaurants and beaches, we loved our trip, I highly recommend it!

everything, the area sucks the picture that are shown here are beautiful but when you go there the really not good they even broke a window in the room that was next to my room . very scary area . the pool very dirty .

They called the day prior to ask if we were staying there. That we needed to pay for the room to confirm, which was fine but it wasn't advertised as such. Then we got a call 2pm asking when we would arrive. The room wasn't ready and woukd take more time to turn over. We showed up at 4 and we're told the room wasn't ready, every time we would ask they'd say 20-40 more minutes. We didn't get into the room until 6 and the room code given was incorrect. We had an infant with us and they needed to get to sleep.

The room was very nice once we were finally able to get into it. It's just a shame it took so long to turn over.

Property isn't for visitors if know what I mean. It's high crime neighborhood .lots of sketchy people.
