Hotel, including rooms, looks outdated and should be refurbished. Could be wider choice of food for breakfast. It was quite common that there were no free tables in the restaurant. If they would add 3-4 square standard tables instead of the two round ones in the restaurant they would have more space for the meals and less problems with availability.

Room and the hotel were clean. Bed was OK. Choice for breakfast good enough for a few days stay. Food was fresh and tasty. There were always free places in the garage. Restaurant offered tasty meals. Not far to the city center and Turia park - if you like walking you do not need any transport - city center is 40 minutes walk.

Excessive street noise can be a bit disturbing at night because the windows are not very sound proof. A bit far from the city center.

airco in the room didn’t work, got crazy hot. opened a window to cool down a bit for sleeping but very noisy area. the hotel arranged a taxi for us for a certain price but eventually payed much more, weird situation since the hotel would have established this price but driver denied.

The hotel should not have four stars. The room was very basic. The carpeting in the corridors and the windows were dirty. The first impression was very negative. Also the person at the reception desk did not make a good impression on me. The hotel should ensure that customers know what the hotel has to offer (brochures or reception information). Breakfast was very basic. There was very crowded in dinning room. Next time I will look for another option.

The barman was very nice. the room was large enough, the bathroom flawless. the day before my departure, I noticed that water and apples were offered in the lobby.

The airco was not turned on. In March this is normally not an issue, unless it's suddenly 30° during the day.. The pillows were too hard

The location is great! Just 7 min walk and you are in an amazing park! The street is calm so no noise around. We stayed one night and we are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend and next time would consider this hotel for me again.

We had no water in the whole building, no showers nothing. They knew something was wrong when we checked in as they told us the water in the mini bar was free, with that said they still charged us for a Pepsi

In the suite, the doors didn’t close properly and the bathroom doors didn’t have locks on them.

Amazing hotel room, slept everyone in my family. Bathrooms were pristine, and all the linens were clean as well. Breakfast was good and staff were very accommodating.
