Noisey room next door !

Our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite as our two grandchildren decided to stay overnight with us. They were included for both the night and for breakfast at no extra charge. They also enjoyed the pool and water slide. Breakfast was also very good.

The hot tub was hot the evening we got there but in the morning around 10 AM it was like warm. Every time we go is a bit up and down with the temperature and the amount of water. Could use a deep clean as well the jets don’t work the greatest. For breakfast the only thing I would improve is possibly bringing in different kinds of apples or fruits it’s always the red apples which are very hit or miss.

The breakfast is great. Room was comfy and clean. Love the shampoo and conditioner brands that they have to use. Parkdale is lovely to have as well.

The staircase on the far end was inaccessible. The breakfast food was cheap and bland.

The extra blanket in the closet was great, and the pillows/bed very comfortable.

Close to the university, decent pool and waterslide for the kids. Decent breakfast and underground parking is a bonus.

When we arrived to check in, the staff on the desk was extremely rude, Jamie was not willing to look for our reservation even when I insisted that I was sure I had one even the deposit was already been charged, and he didn't even care , all to at the end when I was already in the car he goes knocking on the window and said I found it, after I asked him please call someone if you need assistance but I have always had good experience with booking.com around Canada and even Europe so the problem should be his computer... and at the end was just a question of refreshing or so something simple that he was not willing to even try , even me standing there pregnant and asking, "Please, can you try to find someone to help if you can't " But the rest, just like last year, was great no complaints

No pubs or restaurants within walking distance for a late night appy and drink. And by late night, we were looking for something open past 10 pm on a Saturday night.

The location was perfect for getting to the University.

Noisy doors that slammed shut and not the best insulation between floors but overall not bad Hot tub jets were not working and was not very hot.

The morning receptionist is not very accommodating. He seems he 's not willing to help his customers. I have a question regarding our deposit.. he didnt let me finish to talk. He's always interrupting me.

Our check-in experienced was smooth.. the afternoon front desks are very accommodating. My kids enjoyed our overnight stay there.. they loved the pool.

The pillows were uncomfortable, otherwise bed was decent. The elevators in the building are a bit finicky with the card scanning and you cannot use the stairs to get onto the floor.

Very close to the train station (Banff Trail) - was very easy to commute downtown. Breakfast was modest but had some variety - waffles, cereal, eggs, bread, yogurt, bacon/sausage, juice, coffee

Your staff....it started with a lovely older lady when we arrived at around 4 who gave us valuable information and then contacted us a little later to see how our stay was going. No one in my 66 years has ever done that and we travel a great deal. My wife left an expensive leather jacket in the closet and we were getting near Bieseker when she realized she had left it. She contacted front desk and when we got there it was wrapped in plastic and handed to her. A huge thank you to the staff.
