basic equipment, such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, basic dishes and tableware, dishwashing liquid, soap - were ok. There was a huge lack of basic ingredients, such as salt, pepper, frying oil, coffee, tea (during my previous stay in Valencia, the kitchen was well-equipped). Also, I wasn't able to turn on the air conditioning... It was not a great problem, so I haven't asked the host.

The location was perfect - between the last metro station and the beach. There was a direct metro connection from the airport and there was no need to take taxi. The apartment was located 1 tram station from the metro and 20 minutes' walk (2 tram stops) to the beach. Price was also ok!

The toaster was not working. It tripped the electricity switch any time we tried to use it. However, that was only a very minor inconvenience

The apartment was very clean, modern, well equipped, and in a very good location. It was close to a bus station and not far from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to family or friends.

it was a tired flat. doors didn't shut properly, grouting was cracked, tired and old, showers had issues, such as shower door kept falling off, other shower head wouldn't stay in place so had to be held, water wouldn't drain out of the shower quick enough, so quick showers needed (they did come and fix this) kettle was cheap and broke. ceiling to the bathroom was pretty grim. cabinets were a bit chipped. this sounds like a v bad review but the flat was fine and wouldn't put me off going again...it's just a bit tired and you get what you pay for and I think it was a fair price. beds were clean and comfortable.

size was good, and location suited us with kids. if you want central this is not the place for you, but it was a good balance between beach and being able to get into town for us. beach 15mins walk away, also right next to a tram stop, lovely places to eat just round the corner (Malafama) having no key to worry about was good. owners responded to any issues quickly. it was in a quiet street.

A terrible smell from day one coming from the kitchen. It felt like gas at first but I think it came from a pipe. We told the staff but did nothing about it.

The bathroom was in a little bit poor condition. Everything was there, but not brand new. The air conditioner was not good enough to heat the entire apartment. There was no tea, coffee, salt, just no food at all. The view from the windows was so so, nothing interesting.

Spacious apartment. Everything was working. Two separate bathrooms. Microwave, electric oven, kettle, large refrigerator, glasses, plates. Beds were good. Good location. Near to shops and bus stations, tram stations, metro.The building is tidy. It was near enough to the sea, half an hour slow walking.

The beds ok but weren’t too comfortable, the main issue was the en-suite bathroom, where the toilet made getting in and out of the shower difficult.

Omar met us outside the property to give us the keys and a guided tour of the property. He also gave a clear explanation of what was and wasn’t allowed during our stay (no parties).

in one of the bathrooms it was impossible yo get into the shower unless you try to climb over the toilet which was placed right in front of the shower opening. this needs to be redone. the sinks in both bathrooms need to be fixed. if you hold on to them, they flip!

The flat has a weak noise insulation, so when people in the neighbor arrive, discuss (or make noises in the middle of the night) it is hard to sleep. Maybe it could be emphasised (for renters) that after 10 pm people should be more silent. I like when the kitchen is a little more equipped when I rent a flat, have a little salt, oil, or coffee so when I travel I don't need to bring the basics with me in order to make a tea/coffee or a pasta. (I bought the oil which I had to throw away due to airplane carry-on bag liquid restrictions.)

The flat is in an old and nicely renovated neighborhood of Valencia, close to the port and the beach, and a little far away from the city center. The flat is spacious enough, and the personnel was very helpful, easy to communicate with. It's good that the flat has AC.

Bedside tables didn't work - likely just bulbs, not major issue in a very bright apartment. All other electrics fine.

Excellent location and communication was very good with owners pre and post check-in. Very straightforward. Apartment was bright, spacious, nice outdoor roof terrace. Good air con too, very important in Valencia!

Sofa is a sofa-bed and was very uncomfortable to sit on. TV showed no English channels ..bit of a shame. There was no instructions on how to use the washing machine or how to open the outside blinds...had to figure it out ourselves. Bed wasn't as comfy for me as hubby found it...personal preference but I found it a bit flat and hard. Also some furniture looked like it had changed since photos taken. Other major issue...BEWARE...the main door to the building is metal and guests walk out and let the door slam. Constantly....bang, bang, bang! It really needs to be sorted out.

Loved the location. Very near the metro, straight to city centre then onwards to airport. Only €10 taxi from main train station in city to brach area. Lift was handy and only about 5-10 mins walk to closest supermarket. Kitchen was stocked ok for S/C. Communication with the owners was amazing and they very kindly let us check in earlier than we should have done. Free wifi and very large flat. Washing machine
