However I didn't know its up hill the property so if you come with a pushchair as a family be ready to climb. When you go down the hill, it is bit spillary. There's a bit of ant in the property. One of the hob wasn't working so making long to cook. Be aware they might be some residents making noise in the evening if you bring little one. The travel cot isn't standing straight but I didn't bother report it as I let it slide. It is preferable a bath than shower if you have a baby so they don't fall so I have to buy a bucket. Overall I enjoyed my stay and love the culture of the country. Very jovial people though not many people speak Spanish so I use most of the time a translator app.

The property is well situated near many shops and accessible transport. Clean towels, clean apartment with nice balcony. Nice city El Palo, 15 mins to the beach and lovely restaurants close the beach. Lovely playground for children to play. Definitely nice property but need few improvements. The country is very clean which impressed me

I can only mention about beds; the mattresses weren’t comfortable.

Although the property are away from the centre, the bus journey is very easy. Buss 11 stops very close to the accommodation. The beach and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away.

Air conditioner was dripping a lot of water. During my almost a week at the property this was not fixed. Surely it is attended to now. Very weak and not stable wifi, not good even behind the entrance. No signal in the bedroom and far end of the small living room. The door to the toilet/bathroom locked in, they had to dissemble the lock the next day. Nothing pleasant to stay in without a bathroom. Maybe this was in the terms and conditions, but the apartment was not cleaned, not a single day. The kitchen was a bit too small and old Mattresses are very basic and the springs are too soft. Not comfortable and I was being afraid to fall from the small single bed

The cutlery was very dirty and we cleaned all things their. The sofa was uncomfortable. We asked about toilet paper but is not possible to give us. We bought everything for staying.

I was in an apartment with extremely low roof, so I was banging my head all the time. TV did not work Internet very slow and unreliable. Beds small. Plugs not placed correctly for the lamps positions. The parking facilities ramp is not convenient for cars, and there is a pole at the entrance. I ended up getting my car scratched.

The property is dated and in need of modernisation loose bathroom fittings and the shower is a tight fit for a larger person like myself. Cracks in the shower tray and kitchen appliances as well. Beds are hard but this was actually to my liking but might not.suit others Towels are swapped out Monday Wednesday and Friday just remeber to.lock the bathroom door as the cleaning lady will try to swap them while your in there. Reception closes from 2-4 so be aware of this when looking to check in there are key Boxes for key pick up and drop off. It was my third day there when i relaised there were exterior blinds which proved handy to block out the street lighting at night

Everything was a bit used, clean but used. Shower is super small. 65*65 cm max. My dad (who is a tall and bit bigger guy ) had found that somewhat inconvenient but water was warm and worked fine. On the photo the apartment looked a little better. The view was to an empty plot full of trash. But these are small things. All in all we did found it a convinient accomodation.

The self check in process was very comfortable. The receptionist in the morning was a super friendly lady. Parking was a bit tricky on the streets ( extremely narrow streets ) but possible. The apartment was clean ,the building has a dozen of apartments but it was really calm and quiet. The area is very residential and cute.

The streets are narrow and cars parked on both sides. I had a haired car and I felt uncomfortable.

poor parking not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. voices echo through the hall and the front door they seem to love to bang at all times especially early hours of the morning.

The shower and so the shower screen was really tiny and could barely move inside, once you get inside you ought to open the door if you want to remove something from the floor. Big people refrain!!!

The staff was very friendly. We arrived early in the morning and wasn't a problem to collect the keys and all the information about the appartement. They have a nice and comfy terrace on the third floor to relax, have a beer, smoke a cigarette (smoking inside the appartement is forbidden) or reading a book. It's very pleasant!

This property needs torough renovation and deratisation from ants.I was there 4 years ago and it was in much better state. Also the WI FI may be better.

It is in good locasion, not far from the beach and close to shops, cafees etc. The staff is nice and helpful.

The beds were not very comfortable and the settee was very uncomfortable there was a steep road to climb which is ok for young people but as I have knee problems wasn't very good for me

About 25 minutes into town via bus. This did go quite quickly though. There was no air conditioning and we were on the top floor. The bathroom was very humid. They didn't change the bins and we were there for 5 nights. There was no oven.

The sun deck was lovely. The style of the apartment was nice - spacious. The beds were comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space. Plenty of utensils to do basic dishes with. The staff were lovely! Stayed an extra 20 minutes to be there to check us in.

I booked for 3 adults and 1 child 13 yo . They charged me 20 Euro for the 4th person . They have a paper for 2 person . I have for 4 person . Someone ( not me ) made a mistake and I payed ! So the only good thing about them ( the good price ) was a bubble soap Bad smell în the bathroom .

I online choose this apartament because of The price and my wife stayed here few years ago when she had some business in the area.

The shower head was broken. There is no lock on the doors to the balcony so if anybody manages to get on the balcony they could come in. There were neighbours who bothered us a little bit by waving a broomstick in front of our balcony and putting notes under our door asking to go out. Maybe ask for more proof than just a name to let people in the appartment. A kettle would have been great. Just some salt and pepper and a little bit of cooking oil would have been great.

The system with the keys was handy. There is a box with a code lock next to the reception so you don't have to take the keys outside and risk losing them plus it is handy for when you're travelling in a group. That the sleeping couch was nice to sleep on when I did not unfold it (as strange as it may sound.) The night lock on the door was nice. The location was great.

Very very noisy! There are about 13 small apartments in the block.

Great location in El Palo, lovely roof terrace, small and clean room with everything you need. Good value for money.
