The pool and restaurant could get a bit crowded, and so is the queue for drinks/food at the bar. Restaurant food was good, but a bit repetitive, especially the desserts. There is an evening event for the children on Friday night but it's an extra 20€ per child and doesn't include particular entertainment. Friday night is also the only night when the adult only restaurant is open, and both events are not included. Usually this kind of arrangement is part of the all included plan. The kids party should provide something more as a paid event. Other than that we were generally happy with what the hotel had to offer.

Great location at the end of Playa Blanca, we had a very large room with 2 walk in wardrobes and a stunning ocean view (ocean view suite) . Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. There is a nice sandy beach just outside the hotel. We liked the entertainment team and the games by the pool, the team is genuinely friendly and fun and always finds a way to involve everyone. Our children particularly enjoyed the evening shows, and the complimentary 5D cinema experience. Check-in/out was very fast, there was never a queue at the reception. They have all the important information summarised in one piece of paper and they don't need to explain for hours how the hotel works.

Would have liked a kids room available with a Seaview but children's themed rooms are towards the back of the hotel close to the kids pool which is understandable.

Sunbeds taken before 10am even though there is a sign telling people not to reserve, thankfully staff were happy to find us beds and a space. Some of the pools were freezing.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Shout out to Zac from animations team super friendly and always happy to answer questions. A lot of pools to choose from .Rooms were very spacious. Hotel is very family orientated and there is always something to do for the kids. Food was nice and fresh and lots of options for the picky eaters I.e my youngest.

Food was bland and not very varied. The room was spacious but really needed attention - the shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet door didn’t close properly.

Food only alright, no salt and pepper or condiments on table. No coffee at dinner have to go to bar which is miles away. Kids club pretty non existent from what I could see. Not enough lounger at pool so if you don't get one early you can't really use the pool. Outside that really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were excellent, food quality would be 3 star standard but outside that really enjoyed the hotel. Nice location.

The parking is quite small compared to the size of the hotel. Getting around the (big) resort is quite difficult at first, the indications could be a bit more clear. The location is more isolated than it could seem from Google Maps.

People on the recepcion weren't very nice. There were promised bathrobes at the appartement but they weren't there. I don't think it's okay for 5-star hotel to give the fifth person a sofa to sleep on. The food was average at most.

The rooms are really big and spacious for the price. We had an appartement for 5 people with 2 bathrooms, which was nice. The resort is very big and the there is definitelly a lot to do.

There are refreshments needed in some areas.

Good location, near beautiful Papagayo beach. The food for breakfast and dinner is very solid, tasteful and we were satisfied with the variety. Pool is nice. And stuff friendly. Playa Blanca is excellent location for trips to El Golfo, Timanfaya national park, El Geria vineyards… We enjoyed it. One of the highlights was visit of Famara which is adventurous place. ;)

Bad Internet in the room. It was more or less fixed only the last day.

The nice place to stay. Food is excellent. Room is very spacious. One pool is warm. Over the mountains there is a beach which is like from movie.

Mold in the shower, dirt on some places, unrefined soap (3 days!), dirty deckchairs and covers, not very tasty breakfast ( eggs ok :), low cost (postmix) drinks served and no wellness entrance in all inclusive package. Long and repetetive reservation system for child club or restaurants.

Tasty food most of the time, location near sea and very friendly staff most of the tine, big room, free parking.

The mini-disco in the evening was too loud for children.

This was the hotel that felt most Spanish of all the places we stayed in Lanzarote. Great, fresh food and my 3Y-old daughter loved the kids pool which was heated and had some nice slides. So much that we didn’t get to try any of the day kids activities but we saw that there were many.

Just the king size bed in Merlin room. It was very comfortable and large, but the two parts kept splitting.
