Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a problem with odour in our room. The cleaning service did a proper clean daily but the smell ( of feces) was very strong. Probalby coming from a pipe. The smell was only in the bedroom, the bathroom and sitting room had no smell. We notifies the staff and they provided us with some odour neutralisors as well as making sure all is very clean but nothing helped. We were offered a different room but our room was quiet and big so we just kept the windows open all the time.
Location and choice of food. Quiet room on top floor as per our request was a plus

RussiaWe were given a room on the first floor with a balcony and windows facing the courtyard of another hotel. From the balcony you can see the edge of the sea. In the evening, during a musical program in a restaurant, the audibility was as if I was sitting right on the stage, the music ended at 12 at night, then they continued to move something for a long time. Not the best room for a romantic couple or for a couple with children. Apparently, in rooms with a sea view and on higher floors the accommodation is more comfortable, but when I asked for a higher room and (or) with a sea view, they said that there were no rooms available.
