Nice spacious apartment

i asked a couple of times if we can check in earlier and I was willing to add a fee or maybe tell us when the cleaning has been done. We arrived in BCN early and there was no decent place in the area to wait until 3pm. Have not received any update about my deposit and it has been more than a week. We complied to advance the deposit so we can check in and how come it is so slow when it is time to return the deposit.

Breakfast is not included in this place. The amenities are good

The towels and the blankets were a little bit dirty. Also the basic problem was that the air condition didn’t come through the one bedroom and it was very hot in there during the summer season. I also think that the refundable damage deposit of 300€ should be a little less and more obvious when you book the apartment.

The apartment was big and similar with the photos.

The thermostat didnt work even after being checked - still 16 degrees in a room! Very loud neighbors and tiny walls so you could hear everything.

Some towels and sheets were dirty when we arrived, but the cleaner lady immediately replaced them

It was beautifully furnished, very modern and cute. Also the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom looks really old and could use some renovation. One of the bedroom have the window on the road, and it get a bit noisy starting 5AM.

The location is really great, 5 min from the metro and you can go everywhere. As we arrived earlier, we asked for an early check in and they were happy to offer it. The apartment wasn’t clean yet, but it was not a big deal for us. Overall, it was ok for 2 nights.

Beautiful and conforming apartment within a 5-minute walk from 3 metro stations. A large market within a 5-minute walk, many small bakeries and pastry shops nearby. Entering the apartment and picking up the keys was extremely easy. Mandatory deposit in case of damage in the amount of €300 required. The apartment has everything you need, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishes. Air conditioning and heating work perfectly. Perfect for a short stay

Very uncomfortable bed. You could literally feel the inside of the stiff mattresses which literally bounce every time you move in your sleep. Horrible flat and old pillows that make your cervix cry for help. The curtains were transparent with no option for black out and from one of the rooms you are obliged to sleep with the city lights in your face all night long. Very noisy surroundings. Bring your earplugs and your sleeping mask…

It’s came cheap compared to other places in Barcelona and surroundings areas. The apartment was spacious and it was clean. The metro station is just 6 minutes away.

The street was very noisy and un clean, there were shops around but not much to choose from ,the apartment needed some tlc.

It was fairly easy to get to and use the metro.

For my 3 days of stay I had to pay 300 of deposit, which I have not mentioned before booking a flat, as on booking.com it almost never happens, so, it was unpleasant surprise and if you don't want to get the same be aware of it. Later, I had a trouble with a host about the check in time, as I needed and must have permission to check in at 14.00, they was keep telling me that check in is at 15.00 and they would let me enter just in case it's cleaned for earlier. Finally they did it, but it has got on my nerves so far. As about an access, the code of the door they sent was incorrect and I needed to call and request the correct one. The apartment, generally was okay, but water was very hardly draining in the batroom, was a trouble for the shower.

the hot water doesn’t run for long, you don’t get a balcony as advertised. & there’s more costs that you’re surprised with after booking.

one of the bedrooms had too much noises and a lot of light at the night because of the street, the property was also very chill inside we call to fix the heater,they came an check it but still didn’t work as a result to end up with a cold
