the outside door not always closed and the outside door key didn't work. had to you the key code every time to get into the building.

being able to check-in very late. the instructions were good for key and door location.from Christina. Very quiet area and very clean. 10 min walk to the Old town . DIA supermarket very close.

The balcony was on the top of the appartment and the view was towards town roofs. There was no dishwasher and breakfast possibility. The instruction to find key were not clear I needed to call to the land lord. Also I fixed my self the public balcony door which was open and slamming very loudly on the windy weather, other wise quiet place. Also it looks like the the land lord has no system to inform their workers from my answers. They asked at least 3 times my check out time by different clerks

Location was fine. Walking distance from old town but very quiet place. Apartment was clean. Size was for max two persons, particularly space for kitchen.

The terrace on the roof could have been wider and better equipped, for example, with sunshades.

The location is close to the historic center of the city. The apartments are comfortable and safe. Staff is very friendly. Communication before arrival was perfect. Thanks Silvia, Claudia and Michael.

everything was really good.

the location was good right on the outside of the main town. our air conditioning and hair dryer were broken and then came out and fix them within a few hours. staff really responsive through WhatsApp for any questions. free storage for our luggage was also great on the day of travel. There was a key box outside so check in and out was really easy and we didn’t have to take the key out everyday.

the rooftop very dirty not been look after , having to check in online the day off arriving I would had rather gone to the main office and did it in person , Silvia did help but I’d got to stressed at that point and we couldn’t get in until it was done , so a better system is needed to check in ,

The bathroom facilities were old and not perfectly clean. Another uncomfortable thing was that I was travelling with a friend, not a partner. Therefore we wanted to sleep separately. Only the main bed had sheets; to use the sofa and get sheets, I'd have had to pay 15EUR/night extra. I bought sheets instead...

Upon arrival, we could not see the doorbell; it was in the evening. We called the contact person, and they were very nice and helped us locate the doorbell and keys. Quick turnaround. The staff was helpful, and we could easily communicate via Whatsapp.

wifi does not work well. they refused to give clean towels, i had to use same towel for 7-8 days. not as clean as pictures, walls are dirty. stove also did not work for me. the light bulbs in bedroom/bathroom are different colors, some more warm and others very bright and unpleasant (if you are sensitive to light like me)

great location, spacious apartment, has all necessities. easy walk 15-20 walk to most places. very good communication via WhatsApp, the staff was super nice and helpful.

The first apartment we got was not nice and we had some issues but when we write them on Whatsapp about the problem, immediately we got a new apartment was great, very nice and clean, comfortable bed, all what you need to relax and enjoy cook. The apartment located in the center, so it was easy to go sightseeing from the apartment and visit the highlights of Malaga and also just 11 min by walk to the beach. I have to Thanks Silvia for everything to make our stay Super nice in Malaga. Very responsive, whenever I had any questions. Ready to help in the best possible way.

position of bed up against wall making it very difficult for getting out without disturbing partner. quite a distance from historical centre. we walked but it wouldn’t suit everyone. there are buses however nearby.

There were only 4 chairs and one was broken before we had arrived. There weren't enough chairs for all of us and there was a lack of cutlery and glasses too.

Location was very good, the beds were very spacious anf overall we loved the apartment space.

The room was very small with no wardrobe to put clothes in. The terrace was rather neglected. It would be good to refresh it. Lack of cutting board in the kitchen equipment.

The room had everything that we needed (washing maschine, towels, air-conditioning) It's very close to the old center. Two shops are close so it was easy to do food shopping. Very nice contact with office team - especially Luis.

The apartment was very cleaned and with all the jmportant amenities. 15 min walking to the centre and easy to access. We had a very nice experience overall.

no oven for easy fast food. shower was a bath and curtain that was small and cramped. made the shower uncomfortable and at times a mood killer. should be a cubicle with enough space to not keep getting caught in a curtain, pretty outdated. no smart tv so unless you’re fluent in Spanish you couldn’t take five and just relax for 30 mins while someone was showering etc with tv. the sofa bed I slept on was very uncomfortable, not suitable for anyone of a heavier weight, far too soft and meant poor sleep sadly.

* The terrace in the description is deceptive, there is only 1 common terrace on the top floor throughout the house and there was no view from there. * We were in January, the living room has air conditioned, which was heated but the bathroom was a bit cool * There is only a blackout curtain on the window, a transparent accompanying curtain would be good * Testing the bank guarantee was cumbersome
