We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Austria- The blankets are big, but quite thin and go without linen, which is a bit less pleasant than regular blankets in sheets
- Amazing location, 5 mins by car to the entrance of National Park. The hotel itself stands near the ancient church. Public parking is 2 mins by foot, full of free spots. - Cozy room and quite comfy bed, except for the blanket. - Bathroom was clean and freshly renovated - Breakfast was available for 15€, good choice of meat and cheese, well brewed coffee, but lack of hot food options

United KingdomA minor thing: ideally, parking would be adjacent to the hotel but as it is in a very small village the parking spaces are about 100m away.
Room was spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean. Sensational food. Best of all were the staff, who were welcoming, really helpful, and polite enough not to laugh at our attempts at Catalan!

SwedenThis hotel in the lovely hamlet of Erill la Vall makes the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park and the picturesque villages of Taüll and Boí. The manager/host Josep was friendly and helpful, as were his staff. We slept well in the large comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and perfect for our needs. The room and indeed the entire hotel was clean and well kept. A continental breakfast is served from 08:30-10:30 and we ate three times in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal every time. We definitely plan to go back to explore further this gorgeous corner of Catalonia. Thank you!

United StatesWe visited in the off season, so as expected a lot of things were closed and we were one of the few guests in the hotel. We should have done a little more research on restaurant options, etc. Of course this is to be expected in the off season. But if you travel in October do proper research before your departure as the area is remote. The rooms were definitely adequate. But could have been a little more inviting and comfortable. It rained one day, during our visit and there really weren't any cozy areas to hang out and read a book.
The location was fabulous. A little village deep in the Pyrenesse Mountains. Right next to a Church that is a UNESCO world Heritage site. A quick drive into the national park. The village also has a ton of hiking trails.

United KingdomOur room was very old and dark. The bed dust sheets were old and quite sad looking. The furniture was dark and old. We were very cold in the night because there was no blankets or AC. There was also not enough pillows

SpainStaff attitude was an issue here. Didn't feel welcomed on arrival, I don't expect a red carpet but it all felt transactional and cold. This was followed by an uncomfortable situation the second morning, where I was shouted at across the restaurant for refilling my water bottle with water from the breakfast buffet, despite being allowed to do so the first day. This was "due to COVID rules", which would have been fair enough if they had been consistent from one day to the next. The member of staff later realised they had overstepped the mark and apologised. I appreciated this but nevertheless it was awkward.
Located in the beautiful village of Erill la Vall, this hotel offered everything we needed - good quality rooms, facilities and nice decor. Beds in particular were very comfortable, perfect pillows!

Israelthe restaurant menu was limited and we did not enjoy it very much. the lift was problematic and we had to bring our luggage up the stairs.
the room was spacious and the view was great. there was no ac but there was no need for it when we came. the breakfast was basic but sufficient.
