Amazing location right in centre of the old town.

Having to come home! Even if I was only there for two days, I really wished I could stay longer!!

Set in the very heart of Estepona and nestled in between the quiet streets, literally two minutes' walk from the beach and located near some amazing restaurants, bars and the famous Plaza de las Flores, Las Brisas is a lovely little place to stay. The rooms are impecable and Anthony & Amanda are the perfect hosts whom will go out of their way in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay! I made a promise to tham that I would be back and I intend to keep that it! I had a superb time!!

Anthony and Amanda simply put love into their tiny hotel! Amazingly helpful, joyful and lovingful. Super location in the heart of the old town. Don’t expect a luxury place, but a place that makes everything to make you feel great. Thank you guys ♥️

Location was perfect in the middle of the old town, beach 1 minute away. Plenty of bars , restaurants, shops & cafes around. Hosts were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate with everything you need. We loved it and definitely would go back.

The room is a cozy small but we didn’t mind at all.

Very nice and very clean hotel right in the historic city center of Estepona with many many restaurants close by and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Loved our stay here! The hosts are super friendly and made sure that we got everything we needed: early checkin, bag drop off, a beach towel, late checkout - all very very much appreciated! Can highly recommend staying here! Fast WiFi. Clean Bathroom. Power Outlets on both sides of the bed. Water, Oranges, Tea and kettle, hairdryer available.

As I was on the ground floor, facing the street, with a restaurant opposite, I "had" to keep the window shutters closed. But this was a minor detail.

All worked, all clean, good location, friendly people .... I need nothing more!

Only critique would be to have a small mini fridge in the room to store water and milk.

From the moment we arrived in Las Brisas (which was early 1.30pm), we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Anthony and Amanda. They let us into our room early which was greatly appreciated as we were on an early flight from Dublin. The room was pretty, cool, spotless clean and the beds were quite comfy along with a full-sized bathroom with shower and bath. A kettle with all the condiments were laid out, along with welcome bottles of water is in the room awaiting for us (a lovely thought). The location is literally a stone's throw from the beach, behind is the historical quarter and everything is literally on your doorstep. If you needed anything like loo roll etc. you could contact them quite easily via text message on the booking.com app. It was quiet (even though restaurants all line the street), cool (great air-con), very well-priced and calming. Lovely house located in the centre of Estepona near to all the restaurants and a stones throw away from the beach. Perfect for us. We had room 5 which was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from the restaurants outside.

Nothing I didn't like!

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect - you will basically step outside and boom! you're in a street full of restaurants (very good ones by the way). And weirdly enough in our room we didn't hear any sounds from outside, even though I knew the street was packed with people! The sea is literally 100 meters from the place. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. I especially loved the little extra touch that you could buy some drinks downstairs, or borrow a book. Initially I thought I would like to have breakfast included but the minute I arrived I knew I wouldn't. There are just so many cafes around that can't be missed out on. I will definitely be back!

A lovely welcome from hosts. A pretty, bright room. Large, comfortable bed. Very nice to have a kettle, tea, milk and biscuits provided. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town.

the property is very new and is located in the heart of Estepona, on one of the cobblestoned streets. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and beyond kind. We stayed in Room 5, it is clean and had a large bathroom, a ceiling fan for hot weather and a TV. hosts recommended a great place for breakfast, went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and that is all a traveller can ask for. location is amazing, everything is 5 minutes away, the beach, cafes, taxi rank - you name it!

I’d add perhaps a thicker outdoor window, to better soundproof the rooms from neighbouring lively restaurants: must say I’m a light sleeper, otherwise it’s absolutely gorgeous

Our room faced street with restaurant directly across from hotel. Restaurant staff, patrons are loud and boisterous especially when tearing down tables and awnings for the evening.
