The room was very small, so maybe a bit tiny for two people, but much more modern that I had expected. Both room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect in the old town. Will definitely stay here again.

24 hr access using codes, so not a receptionist at all times - probably not required given it’s a small hotel.

The property is in a great location for Bilbao nightlife. It’s not noisy, even the street facing room was quiet. Our room was bigger and more comfy than expected.

Very hot in the room. Our ceiling fan didn’t work but we did get a second standalone fan. Only 2 plugs so that was not easy to manage with also having to charge devices

Very little airflow in the room (no airconditioning but there was a ventilator), but it did nothing to get the heat out of the room. It was around 20C° outside and we slept bad because of the heat. Also almost no storage in the room and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Very good price - quality. Small rooms but clean. Very good location and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend if you want an affordable and clean room with a good location.

One of the main problems (It seems a common one with new accomadation) is that everyting is crowded into a small a space as possible, so not much space for storing baggage or hanging clothes. Also quite noisy with having wooden floors Unfortunately the room I had (near the reception) had a noisy water pipe outside the window. Would suggest better suited for short breaks.

Location, is ideal for the bars, restaurants shops of the old town. 10-15 mins walk to train and metro. Friendliness of staff and clenliness of room (cleaned and towels changed every day) Ease of entrance with keypad access

No air con and can imagine when hot can be a little uncomfortable but did know this before booking, an electric fan is provided. The downside of this there are only two plug sockets available so when recharging phones a choice would have to be made.

The location was excellent with easy access to all the main tourist sights in Bilbao. Booked a room with a tiny balcony, not big enough to sit on but was nice to open the doors.

I was on the 3rd floor and the wifi was too weak to use most of the time. I was on vacation, so it didn't matter as much for this trip.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a room overlooking the street, and glad I did to have the windows open get air circulating. However, there was a small ceiling fan and also standing fan in the room to help. With the exception of the Wifi, it was a great stay. In the heart of the old town with good restaurants, a small market across the way and a good bakery just down the street.

Took a bit to find and get entry into the apartment but once we had the code we were good to go.

Great location. Close to bars, cafes, tapas, restaurants and a 20 mins walk to the Guggenheim. Supermarket right across the lane. Helpful staff with a great briefing of the area, storing bags etc. Car park is only about 7 mins walk.. Even though we were right in the middle of a busy area didn't hear a thing from the street all night. The room was much bigger than I thought it would be.

Poorly planned room - bathroom door won't open all the way into the bath, so you have to practically step into the shower to get in the room - it should be a pocket door or sliding door or change the door swing into the bedroom area. Only other complaint was there was no luggage rack or a spot to lay your suitcase except the floor.

location was great - in the old town with restaurants and bars nearby; the tram stop was very close; modern bath with shower; there was someone on duty from 7:00 to 23:00 everyday and were helpful in giving suggestions on restaurants, calling cabs, etc. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very clean and modern.

Nothing really, I’m loathe to criticise it because it is very very good. However , in order to help others it is worth pointing out that the old town is busy and this can lead to a little bit of noise if you want to settle early - it does quieten down by about 11-30/12 though. The pension is great , and so people should just consider where it is when thinking of their own needs.

This was the second time we stayed during the week, we had a different room this time on the first floor. Absolutely zero complaints, only thing was we could hear the family upstairs who had small kids running around. Not the hotels fault and everything was spot on.

The room and location were amazing, perfect for what we wanted and bang in the middle of the action without being overly loud. The staff were extremely helpful and looked after our luggage when we weren't flying until late on the day of check out.

The noise from the street and neighbouring buildings made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. To be fair though, it is the same in all the ‘’ Old Town centres’’ throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Paper trail walls, windows that don’t close properly allowing the street noise from all the party animals to filter up.

The location is very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
