Wifi wasnt working in our room Room is quite dark as it’s not possible to open the window (eventhough I asked in advance to keep it unlocked). First night we couldnt sleep because of some weird noise coming probably from the AC (?). (Next day it was partially fixed on our request.)

The room was too loud from the road, and from the front door. We wore earplugs to sleep and this was then Ok. I think this would not be a problem in the other rooms of the hotel as they don't all face the road.

Location was great, it was very central with good transport connections. The room was nice and clean, with a good shower. The staff were really friendly. Check-in was very easy.

The bed wasnt most comfortable but served it purpose. I found it difficult to find as there was not an external sign, I spent ten minutes or so walking back and forth

As a young woman alone, I felt safe & welcome. Checking in & out was flexible & absolutely no hassle. The staff were helpful, informative & gave me some great trips.

Total 9 rooms available but only one toilet is not sufficient.

Great location, but please read the message before go there because ein the front nobody and you have a massage and have key to open doors and box to get your card.

noisy, no isolation between the rooms and corridor. I woke up every morning at 8 because between 8 and 9 they were cleaning the rooms and smashing the doors ..

location is super central next to the diagonal. check in process at any time was great and easy

The stairs are not a plus if you have a baby trolley and you want to have it in your room.

The position of Hostal Medea is great for almost turistic objectives by walk.

I think there should have been slippers in the room, it was really lacking. The stuff entered our room without being asked and the settings of the air conditioner were altered. Afterwards, the air conditioner did not work, but we did not say anything because it was our last night.

It could have been a bit warmer in the room but a space heater and thick extra blanket was kindly provided. So not a complaint more an observation as I understand it’s February so obviously it’s colder outside.

Really nice, would recommend, especially for value for money! Room was great size, clean and shower was always super hot with good pressure. Room service came twice to make the bed and change towels, and reception staff were lovely. The hostel was in a perfect location and we could walk to many places with lots of tasty places to eat nearby.

We traveled at the end of Nov, so it was a bit cold outside and correspondingly inside. Airconditioner could not warm up the whole room and it was a bit chilly. Though it was perfectly cozy to sleep. Take slippers or warm socks to feel comfortable walking on a tile.

The location is great! The staff is friendly and helpful! The room is of a perfect size to me, spacious bathroom, clean and tidy, comfortable bed. All you need for a great stay! Automated check-in was very convenient and caused no issues.

The member of staff at the reception in the morning/midday was incredibly friendly. So thank you to them! The room was spacious, comfy and had everything we needed for a great trip!

Our room had big windows looking out onto the street and while the view was nice, the hotel is located next to a very busy road. As the windows are single glazed the traffic noise was really loud. We asked for a room change which unfortunately wasn't possible as the hotel was full. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper or asking for a room away from the road.

Bed was not very comfortable, and they need to use fitting sheets since my sheets were getting out of the mattress all the time. It was noisy in the building. I guess they dont have good isolation between the rooms and floors.

The location is great. I was walking to each attraction of the town, didn't need to use public transport at all. I booked a private room with private toilet and I didnt feel I am at a hostel at all :) I had all the necessary stuff in the room

The location. The instructions to get the key were very clear. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot water worked perfectly. There was a air dryer.

I missed a glass to clean my teeth or drink. Is not easy to identify the hotel from the outside.

There was a sign in the bathroom - “if you want us to change the towels, leave them on the floor”. We did that, however they remained on the floor, then we approached Reception and asked for service, they promised they will inform the team to service the room. Next day towels remained on the floor. When approached Reception, we were informed that actually due to Covid they don’t service the room. Big confusion :) And no drinking water in the hotel, only small bottles in the machine that was not working,

Close to the city center, which was convenient. Enough space in the room. Clean room. AC working properly. Good coffeeshops nearby with amazing breakfast. Respectful staff, and they are good with recommendations (for PCR test, breakfast etc.)
