The pool area was very small with only 3 lounge chairs. However, it was very clean and good enough for a quick cool off after a long day of site seeing

Excellent location in a beautiful hotel. Amazing Staff very helpful and friendly. Fabulous room with a very comfy bed, and a beautiful bathroom, couldn't ask for more! Looked forward to an appetizing freshly cooked breakfast every morning, with excellent staff. Rosana (Thank You) concierge was excellent and did a fantastic job booking all our trips and giving us such good advice. Overall trip was 5 star in a beautiful city.

The pool was really quite small, much smaller than it looked on the photos.

Great welcome, this hotel is really good on customer service. Lovely room. Breakfast was very nice, both location and the food itself, and again staff were very attentive. We loved breakfast! The spa was also lovely, very relaxing and lovely staff.

Decor was a bit tacky, some of the facilities were not quite on par with what I'd expect from a 5 star. Sauna wasn't on when we went to use it, bar service at the roof terrace/pool was very slow and breakfast offering was quite average. If it didn't claim to be 5 star these might not be a big deal, but with the 5 star marker comes higher expectations which this hotel didn't quite meet.

Check in was poor for hotel. No welcome glass of fizz that we saw guests the following day receiving and a very rushed check in A piece of furniture came away from the wall leaving a bad gash bleeding really badly on my leg. Went to reception for help and was given 2 plasters. They did get maintenance to come and check but no follow up to check I was okay or if I needed any help.

Location was perfect and easy to get to main tourist attractions. Great choice for breakfast.

The gym was a little small

City centre location was perfect just to walk everywhere. Breakfast had a fab choice of buffet before they offered you the hot food. Staff were exceptionally polite nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend !

You are given some water in your room on the first day but after that you have to pay. There is also a selection of snacks available in the room but again you have to pay for them and they are priced quite high but it's a 5 star hotel so I suppose that's normal. There's a coffee machine in the room but they only give you two small pods of milk. On our last day housekeeping hadn't left any so I rang reception but it took over 20 minutes for someone to bring this up and they only brought 2 pods again which I feel is a bit mean because there isn't enough then to make a cup of tea as well. Would have expected a quicker response. At breakfast I felt they were a little short staffed and we were kept waiting a while to get some hot food. The area at the top of the hotel has a small pool and a small jacuzzi but the water is very cold although some people might like this. There are a limited amount of sunbeds as the space is quite narrow. There is no walk-in shower. The shower is in the bath and there is a fairly steep step to get into it which does have a handle on the wall to help with that but those with less mobility mind find this a problem.

The staff are extremely pleasant with always a smile to greet you, professional and always very polite and helpful. The location is great for exploring. The room was comfortable and there was a good choice at breakfast.

It was all great For older people you should recommend asking for walk in shower as the bathtub can be very dangerous getting in and out of
