The shower was a bit tricky to get the right temperature.

The staff at reception were lovely and helped us order taxis. The room was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was use clean and tidy.

The room had a “smoke” smell. Shower was not staying at its place so hair washing was almost impossible.

It’s very close to downtown. Staff is super friendly. They are renewing some floors/cafeteria. The rooms looked brand renewed.

The room could have been warmer at night. Even after cranking up the heating, the room felt just slightly warm.

Lady in bar/cafe wasn’t anywhere near as cheerful as the guy was. Limited menu choice. No tea/coffee in room. Bathroom door is only frosted glass without a lock or proper closing mechanism.

Modern hotel close to the old town. The guy on reception was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. Although it is on a busy main road, the hotel is relatively quiet.

As mentioned above, food and drink charges are over the top in some establishments and the 1uality of the food has decreased since last visit. Maybe it was Covid, but a lot of the restaurants are going towards special 2-3 plate menus, not what people really want, they want tapas, nothing out of the ordinary, but a touch of the old Spain.

Within walking distance from old city, restaurants,/bars. Did not eat at hotel at any stage as €14 p.p. for desayuno was 'over the top'. We had breakfast at Fez, the small restaurant across the street, excellent and really nice service.

For the single room the same price was charged as for a double room,even though it was not even half the size.

In general the hotel was quite comfortable with a nice bathroom. All was clean and tidy and the double room was spacious. Satisfied with the price of the double room. Great location.

Nothing we did not like however with the hotel parking be careful , it really is as staff member says , on the corner ( the slope to entrance ) - we missed it first time .

Hotel was in perfect location , 10 minutes until old town and the Square with lots of activity and restaurants . Room comfy and staff friendly .Breakfast good .

We liked this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped. It is a distance out of the old town, maybe 1km or a bit more but we had no problem walking in and out every day to see the sights or eat. We had a car and managed to find street parking nearby (the road down to the public pools).

The shower was not entirely clean. Towels were clean but some looked like they were a bit old. That is a shame because the rest of the bathroom is so modern and clean. Apart from that, this hotel offers great value for the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Good size modern room and bathroom. The room had a good working aircon which is a necessity in Cáceres in summer. We were on the 6th floor and did not hear any street noises. It was also very quiet in the hotel itself. The location is very close to the city center and on an avenue with breakfast bars and shops. We arrived in the evening so we could park our car for free in the blue zone till the next morning.

The beds were hard and the European bolster pillows uncomfortably overstuffed.

The hotel is easy to get to, with public parking, at a hotel discount, very nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.
