Poor food. Only one power plug in the room and it didn't work, luckily threre was two power plugs in a bathroom.

We had a strange experience because of the salty tap water. We went from the salty sea to the salty shower. Uff. Not speaking about toothbrushing. Also the beds are not comfortable, we can feel the strings. The sound isolation very bad, we could hear people speaking in the neighbour room.

Perfect location, just few steps from the beach and we had beautiful view from the breakfast room. The free parking is few steps away too. There is bar and a pool in the complex. This hotel has 2 buildings so we were a bit confused at the beginning to find the reception. The rooms are really spacious with a balcony and a sea view. The bathroom is newly renovated, the room not, but it is still ok. There is an AC.

Shower set-up and lighting in second (larger room) bathroom. (Bathroom in first, smaller room was modern and excellent.) No hand soap supplied - expected as standard.

View. Friendly and approachable staff, especially gentleman on front desk and room maid. Fridge. Friendly pool bar staff. Excellent Spar shop and restaurant (so popular, best to book) on same road.

You could hear all the neighboors/cleaners through the doors/walls. The sunbeds at the pool were mainly ”broken”.

Nice location close to everything. Nice and helpfull staff. Spartanic design in rooms but for that price I had lower expectations but it turned out really good. Nice AC working all the time and hot water working aswell. Good cleaning everyday and changing towels.

Sometimes the receptionists are confused with our shuttle orders. One said it was booked, but the other said not. Which costed me to take a taxi from airport for 73€ plus 17€ for the shuttle. So be careful.

I stayed in the front building with fantastic beach view. Nice hotel for single traveler. You can rent bike in a nearby shop or hike around. One week of stay is perfect without a car. The restaurant next to it is probably the best in this area. Very good service. They did everything correctly, cocktail, salad, main dish etc. recommend seafood paella, lemon sorbet , sangria, codfish with pepper , beef salad... right, the shop nearby makes very good and inexpensive sandwiches too. I did not eat in the hotel, so cannot commend.

hotel would deserve refurbishing but OKeish for 3stars more vegetables for breakfast (only tomatoes) hotel is devided into 2 buildings, main one (where the reception is) looks more modern, the second one across the road is old style but still with stunning views

The location of the hotel is very good. Really close to the beach, the city center of Santanyi and close to amazing beaches in Mallorca :) The place is fair for the price paied! The bedrooms were very clean and we had a nice balcony as well.

The rooms didn’t expect the pictures online and the interior is quite outdated, you can hear everything in your room (every step from the neighbours, light switch from next room and when someone use the socket to charge the phone), lights didn’t work and I’m sad to say too expensive for what it is.

The location and the direct access to the beach was amazing and it’s a beautiful small Cala near santanyi. Additionally Patricia from the reception was lovely!

Water was salty.

Loved the location. Close to beach and restaurants. The pool area and staff at the pool bar were great. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We were happy that there was a small refrigerator in room.

I don’t often write poor reviews unless I really have to. On this occasion I need to share my experience to prevent others experiencing the same. I have stated that this hotel is unsafe due to someone unlocking our door and entering our room whilst we were sleeping in the night. Fortunately we both heard the door open and the intruder ran away when my husband jumped out of bed. I alerted the hotel staff the following morning and although they apologised they were very nonchalant about the incident and stated how it was possible someone could obtain the wrong key (I won’t share how for obvious reasons). This suggests to me that this has happened before and I think the hotel’s approach to safety is therefore not acceptable. Safety aside and before the incident I was also disappointed with the hotel. The price per night is not reflective of what you get. The rooms are not particularly clean, we had long black hairs on our floor, small black hairs scattered around the bathroom. The hotel is very tired and the rooms are too. It is like stepping back into the 1970s. The towels are old and discoloured and the beds are rock solid and so uncomfortable. The hotel hosts entertainment in the evening (which I also think is quite old fashioned for a small hotel) and it would be more worthwhile for guests if they instead spent money on new towels and generally a refurb! I’m disappointed we spent hard earned money staying here and instead wish we had rented an apartment. Sorry to say that is was just a disaster and I would actively discourage others from staying here!

Unfortunately a few things. The view on the site for these rooms is deceiving. While rooms in the main building are probably applicable, rooms in the secondary building across the street are not. Firstly, we’d booked a ‘side-sea-view’. At best a just about ‘can maybe see the sea a little bit if you stare out above trees or small gaps between buildings. Secondly, while the rooms are clean everything about the hotel has started to look and feel a little tired. Service at buffet breakfast and dinner hit-and-miss. If you don’t arrive very early, expect either no tables, no cups, no glasses or cutlery, long queues in the corner for drinks. Arrive an hour before the end of dinner and if the Paella is almost finished, don’t expect a new refill. Shame really as was so much better years ago. Thirdly, if you don’t smoke or don’t like it, you are in trouble. While rooms are non-smoking, balconies are not and we were surrounded by chain smokers meaning our drying towels smelled like an ashtray. The smell also permeates into the corridors from rooms where clearly smoking on the balcony comes into the rooms, including ours. We could also smell people smoking what was obviously cannabis. I still can’t understand why this habit is not completely banned on hotel premises where rooms state ‘non-smoking’. Fourthly - the hotel has no on-site or reserved parking for guests. A real problem as it is so close to the beach, everyone from far and wide wants a parking space. Lastly - walls are paper thin - too easy to overhear conversations in adjacent rooms. Overall quite disappointed with the stay and left feeling that was not good value. Left a night early although already paid up - found an amazing alternative instead.

Last stayed here in 2016. Was a good location close to the beach and local restaurants and shop. Great air-con and a nice sized fridge in the room - decent bathroom.

Showers use water with some form of chlorine. Disgusting. My only main disappointment. Can hear other rooms very easily if they stay up late partying. Struggled to get a good night's sleep.
